Unfortunately, communication among the participants in this "project" isn't particularly good. Their statements over the phone don't match what the repair shop says. However, the prices are fair. An average of four days for repairs is also reasonable.

Super friendly, competent team. I called and was immediately able to bring my bike in for a check, pumping up, and oiling. They even did a test ride. And they didn't want anything in return. Of course, I donated some to the coffee fund so all the employees could buy a large ice cream. I'm simply thrilled. Thank you so much. My husband is also coming by with his bike in the next few days 🥰

Short processing time; we were told 4-5 days, but were able to pick up our bikes after only 2 days. Competent and friendly team. Highly recommended!

I wanted to fix my bike, but they didn't fix my bike because I couldn't speak German.

My bike started to make noises on the left side at the pedals. My mom brought the bike into this store and they just tightened the screw and told my mom to put some coins in the “teinkgeld” that night my mom was coming home from work and the left pedal fell off. We took it back together and they told us that they can only repair both pedals which is okay but the next day they called us that they can’t repair it. Then in another workshop they could repair only one pedal for 20€ in less than 24 hours. I do not recommend this place.
