I bought an e-bike at Fahrrad Schmitz in Dorsten. The salesman, Frank Neumann, gave me very knowledgeable and friendly advice. All my questions were answered, and I felt I was in excellent hands. I would definitely go back to him. Previously, my son had bought an e-bike there and was immediately recognized and warmly greeted by the sales manager, Ekrem Taytekin. Mr. Taytekin was also very helpful and helpful.

A highly recommended bike shop! From the very first moment, I received friendly and expert advice. The team really takes their time, addresses individual needs, and explains everything clearly and honestly – without pushing anything on you. The selection of bikes and accessories is excellent, and the service is fast, reliable, and professional. You can immediately tell that they work with passion and expertise. I will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this shop!

Fantastic shop! We received excellent advice, in a totally relaxed atmosphere with no sales pressure. Everyone is really friendly, easygoing, and knows exactly what they're talking about. The bike conversion and customization were especially top-notch – true professional expertise. We bought an e-bike and a gravel bike and are more than satisfied. Highly recommended; you simply feel well taken care of here 🚴♂️🙌 The team was also great; you could really see how the colleagues complemented each other and worked together seamlessly. You rarely see that these days 🍀

I needed a new trekking bike and, after researching on classifieds.de (where you can also find Schmitz bikes and accessories), I was determined to buy my beloved Pegasus Premio SL Disc again, true to my motto: "never change a winning team." Klaus-Peter Dombke then explained the advantages of an e-trekking bike to me in his very friendly and professional manner, and after a few test rides with different models around the company grounds, I was completely convinced and bought the FLYER Gotour 7.10, with which I've already taken several tours.

A fantastic and competent team. The consultation was very professional, and they didn't just show the high-priced e-bikes. The explanations were clear and convincing. Everything was explained in detail at pickup, and I knew I could come back here with any questions. Everything was perfect, unlike with larger retailers. Simply top-notch.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my impressions of our visit. My wife and I, both completely clueless about e-bikes, went in wanting to buy one for our son. The employee, Peter, came right up to us, two clueless and overwhelmed people (it was written all over our faces), and gave us fantastic advice from the start, convincing us to buy one in a really funny way 🤣. It was a hilarious sales conversation. When it came to the deposit/payment, it got even funnier. Since Christmas is just around the corner and I'm not heartless, he politely pointed out that I hadn't come to the store with any chocolates or anything like that, and he couldn't lower the price any further (since I had asked if there was any room for negotiation, it just kind of came up naturally in the conversation because it seemed like a good deal), so I simply went to my car, grabbed a pack of Celebrations chocolates, and went back in to give it to him. 🤣 So, in short, it's a great shop to buy an e-bike. The advice and the entire purchase process were fantastic. I would definitely go back and highly recommend Schmitz Fahrrad to everyone. Best regards and a huge thank you again to Peter and the team! What started as a planned bike purchase spontaneously turned into a second one (that speaks for itself 😉). Many thanks to the entire Schmitz team, especially for the fantastic service. Everything went incredibly smoothly, was friendly, and was handled with great enthusiasm and enjoyment. A great team! We'll definitely be back!

So, I'm absolutely thrilled! I was able to pick up my Gazelle e-bike today, and it rides like a dream. 🥰 So, let me start from the beginning... I wanted to buy an e-bike on April 24th, 2025, so I went to Schmitz... After a short search, I found a bike... It had to be a Gazelle... I then got a salesperson to help me... Frank Neumann came over... He gave me excellent advice... I took it for a quick test ride, and I fell in love with the bike! 😍 So, I wanted to buy it... Of course, bad luck again! They didn't have my size, only S and L... and I needed M... Frank checked... and said it wouldn't be manufactured until week 26 and would arrive around week 30... Hmmm, at first, that seemed too long... I wanted to ride it now, not at the end of August... Hmm, okay, since I had fallen in love with the bike, I finally agreed. Everything was finalized, contract and all. ``` Then the next day I thought, "No, this is taking too long, I'll look somewhere else," and wrote an email to the Schmitz company to say it was taking too long. Not even 10 minutes later, I got a call and they told me that the boss might be able to get the bike faster after all; they'd done everything they could. I was overjoyed and said, "Of course, I'll wait," and not even two days later, the bike arrived at Schmitz. It was supposed to be ready for pickup on May 8th, 2025... I was like, "Okay." And then I was able to pick it up today, May 5th, 2025... so awesome! I was sooooo happy. I'd like to thank you again for making it happen so quickly... thank you! And to all the employees who were there, I can't remember their names right now... but the three guys know who I mean, I hope... thank you, you were all so nice and friendly. The coffee was also delicious 🥰 and the lollipops, of course. ``` I can only say I'm very satisfied with my e-bike purchase from Schmitz. Excellent advice. Everything was perfect. Thank you for everything...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
