Thank you so much for your help! After being passed around to five different workshops with a supposed problem on my Shimano motor, desperately searching for a workshop that could still help me, and having already mentally given up on my bike, which I had just bought used, I was able to get help here! They were the first workshop that dared to look at the problem with an open mind. Ultimately, it turned out that the problem lay somewhere completely different. So, in the end, I spent less money than I had feared, and now everything is working perfectly again. Certainly, another workshop could have done the repair itself, but no one else had been able to diagnose the issue. I was kept informed about every step during and after the process, and they kept all the replaced parts for me and used them to explain the causes. That made it all very interesting for me. A strong recommendation for anyone looking for expert service!

I come here quite often to pick up and send my packages, and I have to say the team is incredibly nice, friendly, and reliable. I really enjoy going here because the atmosphere is always pleasant. 🥰 And if there is ever a problem with a package, they are very patient and solution-oriented. Overall, highly recommended! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The team handled a warranty claim, and even though it was my first time there, they addressed my problem immediately without any waiting. Super fast and very friendly. I would gladly use their services again.

Friendly team and helpful, I have been there several times with my bike, the last time it was the serious one where the suspension fork was broken and currently it is my Zündapp where the brakes had to be done, Sven and Manu are highly recommended, I always like to go there, never had any problems after the bikes were there

Excellent service! Very friendly and competent. You rarely find that these days in our service desert. Here, you get help even at short notice, whereas elsewhere you often have to wait weeks for an appointment.

An incredibly helpful and courteous team. The advice is excellent and the prices are more than fair. I can absolutely recommend coming here for any bicycle-related needs! I went in with an older bike just to have it checked, but the team took the time for a thorough consultation and, most importantly, to advise me on which parts we could use. The atmosphere in the shop is extremely friendly, and I look forward to getting help from them again in the future for any further bicycle-related issues.

Excellent advice – more than fair prices! Highly recommended. My trusted bike shop for a long time. No matter what it is, whether it's restoring a beloved Motobecane after an accident (which no other workshop was willing to do), buying advice, or servicing new bikes – they can do it all here. Broken a spoke on the way?! I called – if it's convenient, pop in – simply unbelievable! And when you consider that conversations with the staff often reveal things like, "I go to bed with a grin on my face every night and wake up with one too, because I know I'm working here again today…", you realize that "meeting place for bike enthusiasts" is no exaggeration.
