I've known this specialist shop for many years and have repeatedly experienced both their technical expertise and a lack of customer focus. My requests were often met with curt replies or dismissive attitudes – a shame, because especially in competition with online retailers, service and reliability should be paramount. During a regulator service, I was initially met with inappropriate remarks ("dirty," "Who assembled this regulator?", and a recommendation to buy a new one) instead of a professional assessment. A few days later, a phone call was abruptly and very unfriendly terminated. In response to my written feedback about the unfriendly treatment, the owner stated that he no longer saw any trust in me and was ending our business relationship. He returned my regulator unrepaired. The fact that the service was refused based on objective criticism speaks volumes about their unreliability and lack of customer focus.

Very disappointing. We each wanted to buy two fins because we're going on a diving holiday next week. The atmosphere was already cool upon entering the store; the salesperson seemed uninterested and even annoyed. Since no support was offered, we did our own research, compared models, and looked through sizes. When we finally asked a specific question, the answer was: "Do you just want to try on or also buy? I want to find out first." – and that was after only five minutes in the store. Such a comment is simply disrespectful. We left the store and won't be returning. If you don't expect friendly advice and genuine interest in the customer, this is the right place. For anyone else, the visit isn't worth it.

I called, someone answered, asked for my name, said they were closed, and hung up 😅 Maybe next time just don't answer the phone? They came across as very unfriendly.

My snorkeling experience so far has been basic in the Mediterranean with standard gear. Now it's time for the Indian Ocean. I was looking for equipment in a reasonable mid-price range. I received comprehensive advice, was given plenty of time, and preferred the shop to online shopping so I could try things on – everyone's head and feet are different. I found everything I needed. No pressure to buy anything. Instead, I got lots of good tips, a suitable mask, snorkel, and fins. Sure, it was a few euros more than online, but that's worth it when you get good advice. I left with a good feeling. I'll only know if it fits once I'm in the sea, but I'm sure it will! 🤣😊😁

Contrary to other reviews, I actually highly recommend this dive center. The advice on gear for a Cressi buoyancy compensator and regulator turned out to be very entertaining—right my kind of humor. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. 😉🤙
