I bought a bicycle from here. But the back tyre was puncture after 4 days. As I called the workshop, they told me to come for a checkup. Although it was only bought 4 days before they asked me money for the repair. But my friend was there with the same problem and they didn't ask her money. I dont know why only with me.I feel like I am cheated.

The best buyer experience I ever had. A few seconds in the store and someone will always come to you and offer you assistance. The team at the store was very helpful and assisted me on every step of the way to pick the right bike for me. Once the decision was made and the bike I picked was ordered, (unavailable at the time) I only had to wait a couple of weeks as promised by the team. The final delivery was also smooth and fast.

Super friendly staff from repairman to cashier..a little bit more expensive a bit, bug it was ok...you will be welcomed with a wonderful smile even if you don't look than you are gonna buy something😁.. I would recommend this store to everyone!

BOC is the best bicycle store I found with Google Maps, when I was in Dortmund. Quite a large assortment of bicycles, parts, clothes and accessories. I was looking for a road bike. The choice is not high, road bicycles make up no more than 4-6% of the total mass of bicycles. Nevertheless, I found and booked the model suitable for me, Ghost Nivolet Race ULC 2. The consultant helped me to choose special shoes and pedals for a new bicycle. Unfortunately, complications arose on exporting the bike, the seller representatives refused to pack the bike, for further transportation across the border by airplane. After the start of the self-disassembly of the bicycle, the technical specialists of the seller yet helped to perform the bicycle packing. The packing procedure took no more than 10 minutes. The bicycle was successfully transported and assembled in the destination country. In general, I am happy with the purchase and recommend this store for the purchase of a bicycle or accessories.
