I bought my first cargo bike (as a company bike) from RadGebiet after visiting several times with my dog and being able to take my time looking at everything, testing it out, and asking questions. Incredibly lovely owners! A gem of a retailer and highly recommended. Cleo and I ❤️ you! And so does the mule.

Anyone who needs a new bike goes to Radgebiet. I haven't seen such good service in a long time. You can really test the bikes. Even a whole weekend (for a small fee) was great. That way we could test whether our dog would like to ride a cargo bike. Ordered the bike right away. The owner was super competent and super friendly. They still offer service in Germany.

If you're looking for friendly people, you'll be disappointed. Anyone who lives in the Althof block has almost certainly encountered that ill-mannered little guy in the cap and glasses. I would never set foot in his shop. That guy is the worst possible advertisement for any business.

The store boasts a good selection, including various small parts. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Orpin deserves special mention; he was always very courteous and helpful with my requests. I would like to emphasize this positive experience.

Excellent service, great shop! Highly recommended. My bike was ready faster than expected, and everything was perfect! The price/performance ratio is also excellent; we'll be back if anything else on our bike needs fixing.

Excellent work on the bike repair! Fair and transparent pricing (everything was agreed upon), competent advice, and very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you also for the research, including the phone call to Shimano regarding an unusual problem with my Ultegra shifter. I'll definitely bring my bike back for a checkup next year :)

We've been very satisfied with Radgebiet for many years. All repairs were carried out reliably, competently, and always transparently. Good communication and very friendly staff. In urgent cases, we were always helped spontaneously!

I booked a repair appointment through Vanmoof. Everything went smoothly. Dropping off the bike was no problem. Everything was contactless at the door. The prices were reasonable. I can recommend them; I would definitely go back there if I had any problems.

The inspection was carried out competently and quickly. Thanks to the subsequent consultation and the replacement of the grips, my riding position has now changed, the pressure on my shoulders has been reduced, and cycling has become considerably easier. Thank you very much!

I needed to have a stem modified, and the guy at my local shop rambled on about the cost being over €200, saying it was way too complicated for my bike, and so on. I then went to the bike shop, waited a day, and paid €30. Nice, competent, and fairly priced. I'll definitely be back.
