I tentatively started out at an advanced age with zero experience and a fitness level in the negative range… and what can I say!? I love the gym! An unbeatable community that integrates, supports, and motivates everyone; top-notch trainers (both male and female!) who challenge, encourage, and motivate; fantastic events, great offers, intense workouts, never a standstill… in short: I never thought I'd enjoy sweating so much 🙃

I was just passing through and was able to drop in without any problems. The staff and members were incredibly friendly. The gym is large, spacious, and very well-equipped with everything you could need. Highly recommended; I felt very comfortable there.

Individual people and coaches pull it off – but that's it. The equipment is good – when it's not scattered around the open gym and left dirty, and when there's space to use something, when the same people aren't inconsiderately spreading their equipment and their even larger egos. I had good workouts in the mornings during remote coaching when it was empty and the people described above weren't there. In the evenings, the gym is often hopelessly overbooked, or the same people violate the limits. There were many, tiringly long conversations about the same things over and over again. The owner is nice, no question, and has to make compromises, but nothing changes despite a mountain of complaints from all sides. I know that sounds like I'm the problem, but that's not the case. Pointing out grievances was interpreted as a "demand," for which I was expected to help with renovations, for example. I was happy to do this despite my very limited free time and a 50-90 minute commute, but I find it questionable to be imposed such conditions. Yes, the community is important and was very supportive of events like the rowing marathon, but it's still a business. Beyond that, the general accessibility is abysmal. I still haven't received any responses to inquiries from the beginning of the year. They refer me to other coaches with even less interest, or to the owner's ex. She then talks to me like I'm a kindergarten child, spreads rumors behind my back, and downright disgusts me. And all for only €120 a month. As a bonus, the ex's dog regularly drags its leaky butt across the floor (yes, where you do burpees with your face), but nobody cares about that either. Yes, we also had our dog in the box, but then certain rules had to be followed. As already described above, these apply to some more than to others. I can't say much about the classes, except for the Open. I was there for a total of one year and wanted to take a break due to a job change, as the even greater distances and commutes no longer made it possible. This also involved back and forth about terminating the contract, but then the facts were distorted until it became simply ridiculous. The ten-ticket cards planned as a temporary solution, which are offered on the website, weren't available. First there were excuses, then they were withheld. By whom? That's right, the ex, who needs to exercise her upper hand. Suddenly, no one else was available. A disgrace. Edit: 6 new reviews since mine! Wow! I wish I'd seen such a commitment when it came to whether we should continue training at Tremonia.

Home 🏋🏼♀️❤️ I've been training here for several years now and I can't believe I've been coming for so long. Amazing coaches, always ready to listen to my needs, and incredibly friendly. When I had a stroke, I received so much positive support, a community, and coaches I wouldn't want to miss for the world. The owner is top-notch, and you can see how much hard work goes into this place. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, I love every second I spend with you all ❤️!

An incredibly beautiful gym with very friendly people and excellent facilities! I was visiting from Berlin and I think the barn-style look and the large training area are incredibly good, especially for the open gym area. If I lived in Dortmund, this would definitely be my gym, and the prices are more than reasonable for this rather "expensive" sport! I can wholeheartedly recommend this gym, and I could even if my best friend didn't work there as a trainer. Of course! Coach Sina is definitely a notable added value. (; Enea and Tobi are also super open, friendly, and funny. Anyone who loves sports and lives in or is visiting Dortmund should stop by. (Or continue to walk through life with blinders on) <3 Best wishes from Berlin!

We travel a lot and we’ve trained in many different boxes, but when we moved to Dortmund for a six-month stay, we were so lucky to find Cf Tremonia: it is simply the best Box ever. In fact, we found what every Crossfitter is always looking for: competent and stimulating coaches, and an amazing community. In this way, we met amazing people, and we achieved very important goals and improved a lot during our stay, as never before. As I’ve already said, the best Box ever: if you are in the region, you really must go there! 🦏💙💛
