I took my bike to this repair shop in Dortmund and I'm really very satisfied. The repair was carried out extremely professionally and carefully, and the prices are very fair and reasonable compared to other shops. I was particularly impressed that my bike was ready within a day – while at other shops you often have to wait over a month. I can highly recommend this shop and will definitely come back if needed. They moved to Lange Str. 4, and I was scammed out of 80 euros. My husband put the tire on an e-scooter and told me to go to someone with a compressor to inflate it. I went there, but he didn't have one and then, because I said my husband hadn't replaced the valve, he claimed the valve was defective. When I picked up the scooter, it had the same tire, mounted by my husband, and the same valve. Since it has a steel cap, I recognized it immediately. Stay away! They're scamming honest citizens!

Hello,<br><br>When you were here, I demonstrated on-site with my compressor that the tire wasn't holding air. It was clearly visible that the air was escaping immediately from the valve – so the valve was defective. You saw this yourself.<br><br>Unfortunately, just because a valve has a cap doesn't guarantee it's a specific model. Valve caps are standardized and look the same on many scooters.<br><br>A defective valve can't hold air, so it's technically impossible to reuse the same defective valve. To fix the problem, the tire had to be completely disassembled, a new valve installed, and then everything reassembled correctly.<br><br>The repair only took one day, and I worked transparently.<br><br>I don't cheat anyone and place great value on honest and professional repairs.

Simply TOP, it's just perfect. Very nice people, good prices, and a very, very fast repair. Other workshops wanted me to wait several weeks, but here it was done in a few days. Brilliant.

A highly qualified, friendly, and helpful repair shop. The rear wheel (which I removed myself from my Ninebot e-scooter) was fitted with a new solid rubber tire on July 11, 2025. Everything went perfectly.

Excellent service! I had my e-bike serviced and the brakes adjusted at Shadi a few months ago. Everything was great! The day before yesterday I got a flat tire, contacted Shadi yesterday, and my e-bike is ready again today. For me, it's a very good workshop that's always helpful in an emergency. I had a flat tire and had a new inner tube fitted. My black Cube rim was scratched in the process, probably because the wrong tool was used. The price was okay, but next time I'd rather go back to Cube.
