I recently bought my Trek road bike here (or rather, acquired it through our company lease). The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and dedicated. It's rare these days to find a retailer who genuinely wants their customers to leave completely satisfied. I can also highly recommend their bike fitting service! So, a definite recommendation from me :)

I'd been looking for a lightweight eMTB as a work bike for a while and, after some research, decided on a Specialized bike. My first call to these elite helpers was an instant hit. The bike I wanted was available, and at a great price. Since I was still undecided about the size, I was offered the opportunity to test both sizes. I was also measured for a later bike fitting. Clear plus points for the local bike shop around the corner 😉 After the first test bike was a bit too small, I then ordered the bike I wanted and processed it as a work bike. A few days later, the bike arrived, and after a test ride, I was able to take it home right away. The handover appointment was extremely professional and thorough. They took plenty of time to explain and adjust the new bike, and my questions were answered competently. A small improvement to the brakes, which had become apparent after a few initial trail rides, was subsequently corrected very promptly and easily. Thanks again to Fabian and the team for the really good experience

A huge thank you to Jan – what a fantastic consultation! I felt incredibly comfortable from the very first second. Jan took his time, was attentive, honest, totally committed, and simply passionate about his work. You can just tell he loves his job. No stress, no sales pressure, just really good, personal advice where I simply felt in good hands. Yes, Edelhelfer may not be the cheapest store, but honestly: quality and service like Jan's – that's definitely worth more to me. I left the store with a really good feeling. Simply fantastic... From the first contact, through the test ride, to the pickup, it was simply fantastic. Many thanks to Jan – he really knows what he's talking about. Very good advice and preparation for the test ride (including measuring). The test ride was also very important for finding the right size. Since two sizes were available, it's ultimately the real "experience" that counts when choosing the perfect bike. The entire process (here via JobRad) was completed in just three days, from test ride to pickup; I haven't experienced anything so uncomplicated in a long time. Upon pickup, Jan also performed a truly optimal suspension adjustment – ​​right on target. I'd almost say it was the best adjustment I've ever left a shop with. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for great bikes and good advice!

Excellent advice from Jan for my first eMTB. I bought it right away! Unfortunately, Specialized wasn't so quick with delivery, but Fabian went above and beyond and my bike arrived just in time for my holiday. Thanks for that! Even minor adjustments were taken care of quickly.

Edelhelfer comes highly recommended to anyone who feels at home on a bike. I received a friendly welcome on my very first visit; they always offer drinks, and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Since I was looking for a new bike and considering leasing it through Lease-a-Bike, I made an appointment. Jan advised me, and the impression I'd gotten upon entering the shop, as well as from other reviews and social media, was confirmed. For someone coming from a less well-known brand and with no knowledge of mechanical or electronic shifting, hydraulic brakes, and the like, Jan was able to guide me effectively through the world of cycling. He asked exactly the right questions, quickly identified what might suit me, but never gave the impression that he was trying to sell me the most expensive bike with as many components as possible. After the initial consultation, Jan performed a bike fitting, and I was able to try out several bikes. We then agreed on two models. Then I was given some time to think it over, again with no pressure or coercion. After I'd decided on a model, we scheduled another appointment and configured everything else. I received excellent advice on the individual components, what made sense and what I could do without. I also chose a pair of cycling shoes, which were easily adjusted to my needs. Throughout the entire experience, I felt like I was in the right place. At times, it seemed as if they weren't trying to sell anything, but rather that we were simply exchanging ideas among cycling enthusiasts. When the bike finally arrived, they took their time, and we went through everything. I can only express my gratitude for the advice and help in finding and selecting a new bike. Anyone in the same situation and unsure where to go should come here!

Excellent service, super friendly without pushing you to buy! They recommend to make appointments online, which is pretty easy on their website. I didn't know and came without appointment but was treated very nicely and competent with a size assistance for a road bike.
