Fast & relaxed. Dropped off in the morning, picked up again by lunchtime. I highly recommend it :)

I rented a bike for a week. It was well maintained and did the job! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fair prices, and after a quick phone call beforehand, you can drop off your bike and it's ready in no time. I only go there now!

They sell bikes in a shop called "Almost Like New Bikes." Their website says, "Since 1998, we've been taking care of abandoned bicycles and transforming old bikes into expertly inspected, reliable machines." So I bought a bike there. It turned out to be an absolute piece of junk. It's clear no one had even looked at it, let alone a qualified mechanic. After just one week, the chain broke, and the gears fail on average every six months. On top of that, they're trying to avoid honoring the warranty. They charged me twice for warranty claims. After I complained in writing, they promised me a refund over the phone. I haven't received a written response, which reinforces my suspicion that they don't actually intend to refund my money. It's €100, which, if things go badly, I might have to fight for in court. The guy at the bike shop claims he can't refund the money because he doesn't know how to do it from an accounting perspective. He, the boss himself (!), has to go to the AWO (Workers' Welfare Association) and fill out a form there. Sure... They have plenty of staff there for training purposes. They can't run an errand? Are they going to get lost on the one kilometer between the train station and the AWO? Who's going to believe such nonsense? He's just being lazy, plain and simple. I then took the form to the AWO myself to get things moving...😅 What a brilliant business model that dobeq GmbH, an AWO subsidiary, has come up with. They ripped me off for €180 for this piece of junk and are now profiting from refused warranty repairs. I can't recommend either the bike shop or the repair shop at the train station. Edit: Now they're acting like I didn't submit the mysterious form. Clearly, they're trying to avoid refunding the money. AWO is truly top-notch! 😁 Another edit: I can confirm what someone else wrote here about it getting more expensive without any prior notification. €10 can easily turn into €50. You only find out when you pick it up... 🥴

I've been parking my bike there for a few months now. Super affordable for a secure bike garage. The staff there are friendly and always have a good joke. There's an attached workshop for minor bike repairs, although I haven't had to use it yet.

Guys who work, with whom I talked are decent, caring, knowledgeable. For a big guy, not sure could he even squat, who next day charged me 74€ for breaks plates and inner tyres watch out. Bike is bought for short term fun, coming to work while I am here, standing in rain, so I left him a tip. One of those, you will not ruin my day, get in my thoughts. Still, don't allow him to ruin nice workshop....

I received great service. I was able to bring my bike in right away, and it was ready the next day. The price was great. I'm absolutely thrilled with the staff and can only recommend them. Thank you so much😊👍

I dropped my e-bike off there Monday morning; the crank arm(s) and pedals needed replacing. Unfortunately, the service was far from friendly. I've never before been met with a "Maybe" in response to a simple "I called," but I guess there's a first time for everything. I received a laminated collection slip, and the man there told me I might be able to pick up the bike the next day. After hearing nothing by Thursday, I called, and they told me something about a spare part. I have to admit, I had a really hard time understanding him, but that's not the point. On Friday, my wife went while I was at work, and a seemingly much nicer man took care of her. He showed her around the workshop and explained that they were waiting for the spare parts. They should have arrived long ago, and once they did, it would only take 10 minutes. He estimated the price at around €50-60. Two hours later, I received a call saying they had delivered the wrong spare part and that he was sorry. Exactly one week later, on Friday, I received a call saying the bike was ready. The estimated cost of €50-60 magically ballooned to €90. In conclusion: I'm satisfied with the repair work itself. The price isn't too high, but to quote a price and then have it increase without prior consultation isn't very professional. The thin man with the gray hair and glasses could definitely work on his almost non-existent customer service. And finally, almost two weeks to replace crank arms and pedals is unacceptable. Even if the wrong parts were delivered, it's unacceptable. Especially when they tell you in the morning that you can probably pick it up tomorrow, while their website advertises "drop it off in the morning, pick it up in the evening." I won't be going there again. It might have been a one-off, but I'm done with them for the future.

Bicycles are repaired quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Used bicycles are offered at excellent prices, adjusted, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and competent (no other bike shop can compete). It doesn't get any better.

I used the shop to rent a bicycle for 1 day. The price was great - 8€/day. The bicycle was not new but was in a perfect shape. Everything worked as it should. The opening times are extremely long especially for german standards. I totally recommend the place!
