The owner (Andreas S) gave his own company a 5-star rating, praising the repair. (This review has since been removed.) Read the other reviews. Go to the website and check the legal notice to see who owns the company. I don't find this reputable. I tried calling several times – nothing. WhatsApp (offered on the website) – nothing. The number isn't registered with WhatsApp. Why pay €44.95 for a diagnosis when you only find out the repair price afterward? Information like, "The repair will cost approximately €300-350. We can give you a more precise estimate after the diagnosis," would be helpful. If the price for the replacement is almost as high as a new, original battery, then you're just throwing your money away. Can't you simply state the cost of the replacement if you already know the old battery is worn out? Eight weeks for the replacement? How are the batteries replaced? Are all the cells replaced? Or only the cells that aren't reaching the required voltage? Are they soldered? Or spot-welded? Which battery cells (manufacturer) are used? What are their capacities? For example, 18650 cells are available with 1800 mAh, 3000 mAh, or 3500 mAh. What is their maximum discharge current? 6A, 10A, or 30A. This is important depending on the motor so it can generate its power. If the cells are subjected to an incorrect load (because they are too weak), they will fail after a short time. Defective again. If the website included this information and a few pictures from the workshop to show how they work (and what standards they adhere to), and perhaps even pictures of a repaired battery, I would feel much more comfortable. The owner's picture shows an opened battery. There are clear signs of forced entry, indicating a damaged casing. Lithium-ion batteries can be dangerous if used or handled improperly. The company is based in Dortmund. But they want me to send the battery to Holzwickede? I'll choose a different company.

I have never experienced such poor service and arrogant communication! He doesn't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, hangs up immediately when I call, and refuses to diagnose the problem right away (a bad person who thinks badly of others!). When I asked what was wrong with the battery and described the problem, he said: "The diagnosis is - the battery is broken."

Finally, a company that's doing something about our throwaway society. E-bike batteries break down far too quickly. Repairing them is worthwhile for environmental reasons alone. But you can also save money here. Thank you for your excellent service.
