Even though we were only there for a consultation regarding an e-bike as part of a company bike scheme, we received incredibly friendly and competent advice despite the many customers. We were even able to test ride a potential bike. This shop is highly recommended.

We visited the Fahrrad.de store in Dortmund today and were thrilled. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He did a fantastic job (unfortunately, I can't remember his name; he had a long beard and tattoos, including one on his ear). For comparison, we then went to the neighboring store, Fahrrad XXL, but the service wasn't nearly as good. We will definitely buy our bikes from Fahrrad.de, thanks to this excellent and friendly service.

Best, friendliest, and fastest service. I rode my road bike there to have my chain checked. They looked at it right away!! 🚲 It's better to go to Fahrrad.de than to other shops that focus on "mass mobility" and don't offer good service…

A small but excellent shop. Unlike the larger retailers in Dortmund, I felt more comfortable at the branch in the Indupark, as I not only received excellent technical advice but also further information and assistance with my final purchase. Thank you for everything, and keep up the great service at Indupark!

We received truly excellent advice here! The sales assistants were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they took plenty of time to help us find the perfect mountain bike for our son. We especially appreciated their solution-oriented and helpful approach – it's immediately clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. "I can highly recommend Fahrrad.de in Dortmund! You feel welcome as soon as you walk in – the team is incredibly friendly and competent, and they're genuinely approachable. They take the time to answer all your questions. Whether you're looking for a new bike or a repair, you'll receive honest advice based on extensive expertise. What I particularly appreciate is that they don't push anything on you – instead, they work together to find the best solution. Like in my case: I bought my first e-bike there three years ago through Bikeleasing and received fantastic advice. Now my contract had expired, and I started a follow-up lease. I had already chosen a new bike online, but we made a small mistake when ordering: we ordered the new bike one frame size too small. I would have had real problems elsewhere, but not at Fahrrad.de. After realizing two days later that it didn't fit, I went back to the store, where they were incredibly helpful. The bike I had ordered in the color and one size larger was no longer available." There was only one left in a completely different color and the right size for me in Stuttgart. So they contacted their colleagues there to see if they could do something. And what can I say? I picked up my new bike today and after the first few kilometers, I'm absolutely thrilled! Many thanks to the whole team – this is exactly what you imagine a modern and customer-oriented bike shop to be like! For me, there will never be any other shop than Fahrrad.de in the Indupark Dortmund.

Their expertise is second to none. The advice I received when buying my Cube bike was excellent. The bike had its first inspection. I wanted different tires for my bike, and that advice also deserves 10 stars+. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their customer service is top-notch. I can only recommend that everyone get advice there and leave the shop happy and satisfied with their new bike. We'll be back.

My bike was delivered damaged. This can happen but the customer service is not answering my requests for a repair or replacement. The customer shouldn't have to spend that much effort to get what he is supposed to get when purchasing a new bike. Update: after posting this review I have been indeed contracted for a bike replacement. I received the new bike in a good condition and the packaging looks more robust.

Pretty good Bike shop in Dortmund. Nice assortment of different spare parts such as lights, tachometer, bags, clothes etc. And a really nice personell which actually has an idea of what it's selling there. Recommendation!
