I recently visited and, to be honest, I'm still thrilled with the experience. The moment you walk in, you realize that this isn't just a place to sell – it's a place to get expert advice. I'd especially like to commend Giorgi. I've rarely experienced such competent, honest, and dedicated service. He took a tremendous amount of time, addressed my personal goals, and explained everything clearly – without any sales pressure or standard phrases. You can tell immediately: he knows exactly what he's talking about and is passionate about fitness. I had many questions about equipment, training options, and price-performance ratios – Giorgi answered each and every one with confidence. He didn't try to push the most expensive option on me, but recommended the product that truly suited my needs. That's not something you can take for granted these days. The atmosphere in the store is pleasant, well-organized, and professional. You can test equipment, receive honest feedback, and simply feel well taken care of. This is exactly what customer service should be like.

I had Mr. Winkler and his team move a weight machine for me. Communication was excellent, and we quickly arranged a date. The weight machine was assembled quickly and carefully, and a brief demonstration of how to use it was provided. The only downside was that the advice regarding the machine's placement was unfortunately poor, limiting the effectiveness of the cable pulley. More space should have been allowed. I recommend having the functionality of the equipment demonstrated on-site BEFORE assembly to ensure you know exactly how much space is needed.

Excellent, expert advice! We had read about the new features online and wanted to try out the CrossBike and the app functions. Everything was explained and demonstrated to us in a structured and thorough manner. Great experience. Highly recommended.

My husband went to this store today at my request to buy an aerobic step bench. There was only one available; my husband said it was not new, which I assume means it was a display or floor model. The salesperson cleaned it, and offered a discount. When my husband paid and mentioned the discount, the woman at the register said that there was no discount. I understand that retailers have been closed down for more than one month resulting in a loss of revenue. I know that this a difficult time and I would like to support local businesses. However, in my opinion it is not good business to offer a discount and then deny it, especially when the merchandise is not new. My husband bought it regardless because he knew I really wanted it. He mentioned that the store has very nice merchandise, but unfortunately because of this treatment we will not purchase there again. So the merchant charged full price, but lost a future customer. I’m sorry to write in English; I’m American and I’m learning German, but I’m at the beginner level.
