Excellent customer service, very friendly, the item was exchanged very quickly and easily (I had ordered the wrong size bottle). I would definitely buy from them again.

Somewhat uneven customer service. First, you're ignored, or rather, your questions are ignored when you ask why the product you purchased hasn't been shipped after a week. Then you're simply refunded the purchase price without any agreement, leaving you without the product and feeling helpless. Then, suddenly, someone contacts you and, as usual, actually takes care of the matter more than usual. In the end, you get the item after all, but 2-3 weeks late.
