I've been a Lacoste customer for many years, mostly in large cities like Munich and Hamburg because I travel a lot for work! This time I was in Dortmund and was advised by Ms. Schmitz (the store manager), and I have to say my experience was rather mixed! Our conversation was repeatedly interrupted by phone calls/conversations (it sounded like it was her son), and otherwise, if I didn't like something, a "no" was difficult to accept! I felt somewhat pressured! My shopping experience has been much more pleasant in other stores!

I've shopped at the Lacoste store in Dortmund several times and have never been disappointed. The store is very well-organized and inviting, making it easy to find what you're looking for. I'd especially like to commend the staff – they are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful without being pushy. You can tell they work there with a lot of dedication and enjoyment. Overall, it's always a very pleasant shopping experience, and I'm always happy to return.

Great store, friendly and helpful staff in a relaxed atmosphere. A nice touch is their customer loyalty program, which includes small gifts for repeat customers. A very customer-oriented store – I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back! 😀

I shop at Lacoste in Dortmund two to three times a year. Since the move to the Thiergalerie, the service and advice have been very inconsistent and dependent on the staff. That's why I prefer to get advice from the staff at the old store in the Corso Passage. Then I'm guaranteed good, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. Ms. Deiman is a real gem. Service-oriented, friendly, and she takes her time. The older lady (whose name I've forgotten) also knows what real service is. This should be the standard for the store. Then shopping is fun.

I can't understand all the 1-star reviews and all the criticism of the store manager! I've been to the store several times and each time I've had a great experience and been treated with respect. Every time I'm in Dortmund, I go straight to the store!

The blonde, elderly lady without glasses—I think the store manager is extremely unpleasant. Luckily, I'm just a customer there, not an employee. I should win the award for the stupidest sayings in the world. Luckily, I'm from Düsseldorf, and this was my first and last visit to this Lacoste store. As I see, I'm not the first to complain 😂 So, it's not my fault.

I'm also a VIP customer and I've had a terrible experience before. I brought it up very clearly and it was changed; I'm very satisfied. Unfortunately, the Lacoste store has been unreachable by phone for days. Meinolf Schmidt
