I can't agree with the previous reviewer – the advice was very competent and the people there know their products extremely well. Five stars for friendliness, expertise, and the fact that small mistakes (like an incorrect order) can be corrected very easily ;-)

Clothes look good but a pocket of my jacket ripped open after a couple of months use. Shipped it back for repair and eventually received it back repaired after almost two months. During this time no communication which is very stressful since a shipped a +500€ jacket. Lot of room for improvement in both speed of handling guarantee issues and in the way of dealing with clients. For this reason this is my first and last Mammut item

Top-notch advice! The staff are very attentive and take care of their customers immediately! Ms. Atamam gave me very competent advice on a ski suit and convinced me to buy it. The quality is top-notch; I'm simply amazed by the store. The store is very hygienic and clean; you can't help but feel at home here. I'm always happy to come back ☺️

For me, this is one of the best Mammut stores. The shop is well-stocked and has very friendly, helpful staff with a high level of expertise. If something isn't in stock, they'll get it very quickly. If all stores were like this, I wouldn't need to shop online.

I spontaneously visited the shop today and bought all my ski touring equipment. The advice was excellent; they took their time and listened to my wishes and preferences. They were never pushy, always focused on the customer. The pants weren't immediately available and will be sent to my home. In short: Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

Very good staff. However, I couldn't find my size there, and ordering in my size wasn't possible. That was a good thing, because I was able to try on my size at the Intersport store next door. There, I ordered the color I needed online for home delivery. The cost at Intersport online was about 1/3 of the Mammut price. Both stores have good air conditioning. So, the city center is a good place to try on clothes. Then I buy online myself. Unfortunately, the local stores can't yet deliver the goods there.

I was in the store for the second time yesterday. The first time, I was completely ignored and just stared at. Yesterday, I approached a sales assistant, who then served me. I quickly decided to buy two jackets. I would have liked to buy matching trousers as well. Apparently, there are only two models available, as I wasn't offered any alternatives. Size 38 was too small, and size 40 was too big. Overall, I find it very disappointing. I would have easily bought more to complete my outfit. Perhaps management should provide better training for their employees; then they would generate better sales. I will therefore order online, because then I won't have to deal with the employees' lack of motivation. Especially in the high-price segment, customer service should be a priority. It's not about trying without actually serving, and asking... what else can I do for you? I have been running a retail business for over 14 years and am a service provider by conviction. Great products, but still no reason to visit the store again.
