In January, I ordered a new Riese & Müller e-bike from Radhaus Gerhardy. It was absolutely the right decision. The service was excellent; I was able to ask all my questions and found the perfect bike for me. The entire decision-making process was very well supported. The promised delivery time was met. I've already taken my first few short rides to test out the new bike, and I'm completely satisfied. I can wholeheartedly recommend Radhaus Gerhardy.

I had a problem adjusting my Shimano Deore XT 12-speed derailleur on my Cube Stereo Hybrid One44 Race two days ago. Since I couldn't book a service appointment with any of the major bike shops on short notice, but I urgently needed the bike, I called Radhaus Gerhardy yesterday morning. They told me I could come in right away. Louis took care of the derailleur issue on-site and adjusted it better than ever before. He also shortened the chain, which was a bit too long. I was more than satisfied with the service, the friendly advice on the adjustment, and the quick turnaround. Thank you so much for your prompt help. Best regards

Over the past two months, we've had to get two bicycles repaired very spontaneously – without an appointment. One had a flat tire that needed fixing the same day, and the other had a broken hub. Both bicycles were repaired quickly, competently, reasonably, and very courteously on the same day (we were able to wait each time!). The repairs were also very friendly and we were able to wait for them to be done. (Neither bicycle was purchased from Gerhardy!) We are extremely satisfied and very happy to have this specialist shop nearby!

I had a very positive experience at Radhaus Gerhardy. The team was consistently helpful during the repair of my Riese & Müller cargo bike and took the time to clearly explain the process and the reasons behind each step. They even handled all the coordination with Riese & Müller, even though I didn't buy the bike there. Feedback was reliable and prompt. I appreciate the meticulous service and friendly atmosphere and can highly recommend Radhaus Gerhardy.

My city bike finally got its long-overdue inspection. No waiting time; I was able to drop it off immediately (which could, of course, be due to the time of year – November). The team makes a very competent impression and is exceptionally friendly with customers. The entire mechanical drivetrain, including the front and rear sprockets and chain, also needed replacing. Therefore, the bill was correspondingly high. But the verbal estimate was accurate; no unpleasant surprises. Radhaus Gerhardy – which I've known for many years – is an absolutely fair and competent workshop that you can rely on. I've never had any problems! This is my go-to garage!

Reception, advice, and inspection: 10 out of 10 stars. You're practically forced into a corner, not to take your e-bike anywhere else for repair or inspection. It was my first time at the bike shop; it wasn't a problem that the bike wasn't purchased there. No problem with the bike was overlooked; even the smallest issues were professionally repaired. - Responded quickly and comprehensively via email - Purchased the Schwalbe Marathon Plus MTB 29x2.6" even though other retailers said it was out of stock - Very good and fast on-site service - Complete satisfaction - Will be my contact for all things bike-related in the future

Gerhardy Bike Shop is simply a fantastic store. All the staff and the owner, Mr. Gerhardy, are very friendly and cater to each customer individually. I received my bike in mid-July after receiving excellent advice during the configuration process. I can absolutely recommend Gerhardy Bike Shop.
