We parked there while we were at a concert and were treated very courteously. We had to hurry a bit afterwards, but generally speaking, 10 pm is a perfectly reasonable time to park in the city. We didn't have to worry about our bikes; in the rather crowded city, we were more uneasy about locking them up somewhere for three hours. The price for 24 hours was €1. A good price.

As a cyclist, I just wanted to take a short break in the entrance area while it was raining (without my bike, which was parked outside two meters away, clearly visible to the employee). The employee rudely told me I had to make room, as bikes had to go through there. In the twenty minutes I stood outside, only two cyclists came out. That's not what friendliness looks like. It's good that I don't have to leave my bike here.

I've parked my bike there a few times now. The staff are great, and the one-euro day ticket is fair. There are lockable charging boxes for e-bikes.

Great! I parked my e-bike there because I had an appointment in town. The staff were friendly and the prices were excellent. I didn't use the repair service, so I can't comment on that. If you want to take your bike into town, this bike station with its secure parking is a fantastic option.

The gears on my bicycle were broken. I'm very happy with the repair. My bike rides great again. I wish other German states had a bike repair shop like the one in North Rhine-Westphalia. Thank you for the excellent work.

I can't say anything about the security. I took my bike in for repairs, and of the clear instructions I gave, which were documented in writing, only the cleaning of the bike was done. A new tube on the rear wheel and new grips weren't done. The bolts were supposed to be tightened, but I have no idea if that was done. Apparently, the employees didn't think it was necessary to replace a tube because the tire wasn't flat. Very disappointing. The bike had previously been unprofessionally repaired, a makeshift repair after a flat tire, and I wanted to be sure and have everything taken care of, so I took it to dobeq. Now I've spent four days without a bike and even had to spend the fare for nothing. Annoying! Never again!

I'm very happy with the bike station. Firstly, the garage is extremely convenient, and secondly, the staff are always very friendly. In my opinion, the monthly pass is ideal for frequent users of the garage. While it costs a bit more compared to the annual pass, you can skip months you don't use it (remember to go to the office in the preceding month and return your monthly pass!). However, there's sometimes a bit of chaos because the payment status is kept in an Excel spreadsheet. There have been times when a month wasn't entered there, and I later had to show my receipt. So, a clear tip: keep your receipts! The day pass is really only worthwhile for occasional users – at current prices, you end up paying more than the monthly pass from day nine of the month onwards. Today I also used the workshop for the first time. I usually do everything myself, but this time, for convenience and time reasons, I left it to the professionals. The work was... a) completed very quickly (I dropped it off before my train to work and received a call about its completion while I was having my first sandwich at the office). b) done very well. Specifically, it involved new brake pads and installation. The brakes are even better than when they were new; I almost fell over when I started riding! :D But that was the whole point. c) done very cheaply. When I think about what I paid, I wonder why I should waste my time on repairs... And a nice bonus: since the bike station is a training program, you're essentially doing something good. You can only win here, unless you don't have a bike! :D

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied. I had a new chain installed on my bike. Afterward, the chain constantly slammed in all gears. I complained, they kept the bike, but the problem still wasn't fixed. I won't be going back a third time. It's a shame; I had hoped to always take my bike there, but I won't be doing that after such poor service.
