My order was executed well, and the quality of the flocking is excellent. Unfortunately, opening hours are very limited. Even during opening hours, the steel door is sometimes closed, making it difficult to recognize as an entrance.

It was advertised on the website as a showroom. What was there? A locked steel door with an A4 sheet of paper listing the opening hours. No showroom. Nothing. A fruitless 30-km drive, and I ended up buying from a competitor's online shop.

I've given this store several chances now. Every time I walk in, I say hello, but there's no return; instead, I'm treated like I don't exist. Customer service is nonexistent; they'd rather chat amongst themselves or hang around in the stockroom. How long do you think you can keep up this customer acquisition tactic? In the future, I'll be buying my sons' clothes elsewhere! Goodbye.

The advice I received while buying shoes was fine, but at the checkout they rounded up to the nearest euro because, as I was told, they didn't like having small change in the till. While a few cents don't really matter to me, I find it cheeky how casually they just round up. I ended up paying the exact amount by card, thus sparing the store from having too much change.

Unfortunately, as a customer, I have nothing positive to say. I'm very disappointed because I found the prices to be exorbitant. Even after several visits, I found the customer service to be very poor. They don't offer exchanges or refunds; only vouchers are available. Some items aren't available in all standard sizes, so you have to order them, which then takes several days.

I ordered it online for Christmas. Unfortunately, the sizes didn't fit, and I had to return one jersey. The money was credited to my PayPal account within a few days. Unfortunately, when we opened the presents, we discovered that the second jersey was also too small. I sent an email as a precaution, and even received a response during the holidays. I'll now return it as well and either get a larger size or my money back. Even if you have to pay the shipping costs yourself, I'm happy to do it when the service is so good.
