Very disappointing experience! The installations are old and poorly maintained. The shower was broken for over a year before it was finally repaired, and even when available, it was often not clean (including days when I was the first person to use it). The chairs and floors are also worn out. While there were a few very kind and dedicated trainers who genuinely cared about providing good service, one particular female trainer had a consistently bad attitude, would not listen, and showed no interest in customer service. Unfortunately, this completely overshadowed the positive experiences with the other staff. Scheduling was another major issue. There were never enough available Termine, and I constantly had to push to get the sessions I had already paid for. In the end, I lost trainings because they refused either to offer the missing sessions or to refund them. After almost two years, I decided to leave feeling very sadly disappointed. I expected much better service and professionalism
