Unfortunately, this is also a shop that's only interested in sales. The electronics in the motor on my bike, which I bought there four years ago, failed after just 5,880 km, which is supposed to be completely impossible. I would have expected Bosch to at least request a goodwill repair. However, the only option offered was to replace the motor for €770. The bike was repaired elsewhere for €395.

A great buying experience. Mr. Mürmann immediately recognized my interest on the phone. Within a few minutes, I received the necessary documents for the purchase by email. A week later, the bike was delivered. What a joy! So far, all the employees have been super friendly. Scheduling an appointment was quick, even with pickup. Best online site! You can book appointments online. Many prices are already listed. Now that's what I call transparent. Very exemplary. Some bike shops could learn a thing or two from this. Keep it up!

Super friendly with top-notch service. We waited over three weeks for an appointment with Hüter, only to be told on-site that the parts (common wheels, common components) hadn't been delivered yet and probably wouldn't arrive until the end of the year, plus another wait for a new appointment. So we went to Mürmann unannounced, were able to leave the wheels there, and received a call the very next day saying we could come and pick them up the following morning. We were annoyed that we hadn't gone directly to Mürmann. From now on, we'll always go to Mürmann!

I booked an appointment online with Zweirad Mürmann without any problems. Everything was perfectly prepared for the appointment – all the bicycle models I was interested in were already there – I received friendly and competent advice and the opportunity to test the bikes at my leisure. Perfect! Highly recommended!

- I bought two bicycles from Mürmann. The advice and service at Mürmann were excellent! I recently had a problem with one of my bicycles, and they immediately provided me with a loaner bike since I had a short vacation coming up. The team, both in the workshop and in sales, was always friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend them!

I've now bought six bicycles from Mürmann. I'm completely satisfied with their advice and service. I especially appreciate their pick-up and delivery service for repairs and maintenance. Excellent service! Bikes are picked up and delivered free of charge for repairs or inspections. Good advice and reasonable prices. We bought both of our e-bikes here and are completely satisfied. They repair even minor issues, no matter how old the bike is. They even come up with custom solutions. Simply fantastic!
