I can highly recommend Benny's Bikeshop. I'm very particular about my bike, but I always feel very well taken care of by him, his wife, and the rest of the team. Highly recommended.

I had a pleasant conversation with a gentleman to schedule an appointment; he was very friendly. Then I called another employee, "Kristina," with a question. She was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She addressed me informally and insulted me for asking a question. I canceled my appointment and, due to the employee's rude behavior, cannot recommend this store. I made an appointment at another store where I felt well taken care of as a customer. 0 out of 5 stars! Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to clarify that my question was solely about whether you generally install spare parts that were not purchased from you – or whether you only install parts that are available in your store. For the record: I already gave my name in the first sentence of our conversation, so there should have been no misunderstanding. Unfortunately, I was interrupted mid-sentence and was unable to fully explain my question. A professional suggestion that I could order such parts myself, or that I should bring my bike in, would have resolved the situation immediately. The immediate use of the informal "du" (you) also seemed inappropriate in this context. It may be part of your philosophy, but it's not something every customer takes for granted or appreciates – especially when the conversation is already tense. The tone on the phone was unnecessarily harsh and not very customer-oriented. I expect a respectful conversation – just as you expect from your customers. It's a shame that customer friendliness seems to be considered an optional extra here – especially in a business that thrives on customer interaction. For me, the matter is closed. I won't invest any more energy in this conversation – it's simply not important enough for me in a basic bike shop.

Online purchases are different from in-store shopping and must be handled separately.<br><br>You were not insulted. We simply pointed out that it's presumptuous to ask us for advice on whether you can buy a Black Friday deal online.<br><br>Using "you" (informal "you") is not an insult to us, but rather reflects our company philosophy. We treat all our customers with the same respect. In return, we would like to be treated with respect as well. A great bike shop with a very friendly team who got my 12-year-old mountain bike back in shape! I also received absolutely competent and unobtrusive advice on purchasing a new bike later on. I can highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

Best bike shop. All the employees are incredibly friendly. Excellent advice, superb service. Simply top-notch value for money. My e-bike was serviced, plus new tires and tubes. Excellent service, quick appointment despite the workshop being full. Friendly and very professional. I had a lateral runout in my front rim, which was repaired without any problems. Thank you!

This is what a bike shop should be like. Friendly, helpful, and honest advice. Fast service (even faster than agreed upon when I dropped off my bike) and expert workmanship. More than reasonable prices. Easy to reach by phone and via their contact form. They respond very quickly. I've had different experiences at other bike shops, and I'm more than satisfied. I'll always take my bike there now. Keep up the good work!

On the recommendation of friends, I gave my bike to Benny. The bike is unrecognizable. It now rides the way it should. It feels great. My initial skepticism was clearly overcome by his expertise, excellent service, friendly customer service, and great prices! My next appointment is already booked! I will recommend this quality and expertise with a clear conscience!
