Yesterday was my first time in the store, and I have to say there was a huge selection. I bought a few things myself, and the salesman, Mr. Kavak, was very helpful and provided excellent service. Many thanks again to him personally. P.S.: I highly recommend it.

Gummi Dressler, sorry, I meant Dressler Outdoor GmbH of course... was and is a part of Duisburg, nice, friendly staff, then as now... shops like these must be preserved... which certainly isn't easy!

I've been a customer for a long time (at least four years) and have bought at least three Leatherman multi-tools (a Bond, a Rev, and a Rebar) and three Viktorinox tools (a Huntsman, a Mini Champ, and a Sentinel Clip, which is unfortunately a one-handed version). The service is always friendly, patient, and competent. I've always had the impression that customer service, advice, and satisfaction are their top priorities. I never felt pressured to sell me something I didn't need. If you're looking for outdoor gear, this is a great place to go. An acquaintance from Bavaria was also very impressed when he visited last year.

I was in the shop today, December 6th, 2025, and bought blank ammunition. It was very busy just minutes before closing time, but I still received competent, calm, professional, and friendly advice. The employee was very nice, the ammunition was really cheap, and there was no attempt to sell me anything extra – simply good advice :) The Turkish employee, who didn't want to give his name ;) was great, and I will definitely come back. A real Duisburg shop.

I've been going there for 14 years and always enjoy it :) You can always find something. Especially for outdoor gear, military equipment, and self-defense, it's a top-notch place in Duisburg, right near the main train station.
