Great boss with fantastic service! I was looking for all-weather/winter tires for my electric cabin scooter. After being turned down by several tire dealers (“We don’t carry that size”), I got a tip: JP’s Workshop. About 10 days later, I received a positive email with a great offer. On the day of installation, I was able to wait for the work to be done while enjoying a cup of coffee. My recommendation: A small, flexible, and affordable workshop! Simply TOP-NOTCH!

I'm really excited, and I have to say, after two reputable scooter repair shops broke my first scooter, I've finally found a mechanic who knows what he's doing. He doesn't talk a lot and, above all, doesn't talk rubbish. After experiencing extreme engine problems with my new scooter, where repair shops said I had engine damage, this young man, with a lot of patience and knowledge, adjusted mine properly and repaired it properly. It's amazing, really. Thank you so much, Jason.

This guy is absolutely amazing. I had previously gone to a Peugeot dealer with a workshop in Krefeld. He charged me €90 just to open the helmet compartment lock and assess the condition. Ultimately, he didn't want to do anything to the scooter because it was too old and wouldn't be worth it. He said it wouldn't be roadworthy anymore. By chance, I got JP's contact information. He gave me hope right away on the phone, hope I had almost given up on. He picked up the scooter and gave me an estimate of the costs a few days later. The agreed-upon costs didn't change. I could have picked up the scooter a week later if I had been in Duisburg. It's unbelievable, but the thing I had mentally written off is running like a dream! I'm having a blast with it! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I am absolutely satisfied with the service at this workshop! From scheduling the appointment to picking up my scooter, everything went smoothly. The team is very friendly, competent, and takes the time to provide detailed advice. The repair was carried out quickly and cleanly – you can immediately tell that the work here is done with passion and expertise. The price is also absolutely fair.

Excellent service, super friendly, and the price-performance ratio is top-notch. I had my scooter picked up, and the problem was fixed after about three weeks. The service is truly first-class; everything is explained to you, along with all the information about what's currently being worked on. Their prices are very fair. I would gladly use their services again and highly recommend them.
