Today, despite my previous bad experiences at Lucky Bike, I wanted to give the store a second chance. I saw an e-bike online in a specific color and wanted to see it in person. The only positive experience today was a gentleman who initially tried to help but unfortunately couldn't find what he was looking for. He asked a colleague who seemed completely unwilling to help his colleague or me. He listlessly wandered through the aisles to demonstrate once again how little he cared about customers. I will definitely not be buying a bike for that much money here. I've also never been able to reach anyone by phone, which became clear to me when I was there today. Two people were sitting behind the cash register with nothing to do, and one was glued to his cell phone the whole time. The phone rang and was simply put on silent. Now that's what I call customer service.

I had my car inspected and had my tires changed at the same time. A huge thank you to Marc (at the garage) who provided expert assistance from the initial consultation to the tire change itself. He's the best! 💪

I bought an e-bike for €7600 including accessories from Mr. Alexander Donnermann. I was thrilled with the service from the very beginning. I walked into the shop and was greeted warmly. Mr. Donnermann provided me with exceptionally competent advice and even let me test ride the bike on the track. As a bonus, I received a free light set worth €60. It took barely two days to pick up the bike. The workshop did a fantastic job. Everything was professionally assembled. They even helped us carry it to the car and load it into the vehicle. During the sales consultation, I was also given a complimentary 0.5-liter bottle of Fanta, which I thought was a very nice touch. I really can't understand some of the negative reviews here, as I received excellent service and professional support. I'll definitely be back and will buy another bike for my wife and daughter. Very bad experience with this shop. I ordered a bike in size 56 and received one in size 50. The bike isn't brand new; it was a display item and has scratches. I'm very disappointed. I paid €1,199 for a new bike and now I have nothing. I'm from Croatia, and the bike has covered 1,500 km. The shop sent me a bike in the wrong size with scratches. Terrible 😡

Great shop with endless choices. The people are friendly and very helpful. After buying my bike they instantly made it ready and could drive away an hour later. Shout out to Kemal from the workshop for his great English speaking. 🔥

The amount and variety of bycicles are really good. Service from employees on the other hand is quite bad. They seem uninterested in the customers and they answer quite badly to the questions one has.

Great local bike shop, close to the train station and city center, with a large assortment of bicycle products. There’s also an in-house repair shop, or you can buy the parts and equipment for on the road. They’re happy to help, but also give you enough space if you’re browsing =) I’m not exactly a regular, but it is my first stop bike shop in Duisburg, definitely recommend ☘️

Cycle touring. We bought a new tyre and they let us change the tyre in the store out of the cold. The also let us use their floor pump. December 2019
