Fantastic! Mr. Wißdorf is a master bicycle mechanic, and you can tell a real pro is at work. Booking an appointment was easy using the online form on his website, and I was lucky enough to snag one just before the season started. On the appointed day, Mr. Wißdorf arrived with his mobile workshop, and my bike was assembled, adjusted, and ready for a test ride in no time. Thank you so much! 🚲🌤️

I can only say I'm very satisfied, and Mr. Wißdorf has gained another customer. Contact was quick and easy. The agreed appointment was kept. A very nice and competent professional :-) . Getting an appointment with our usual bike shop was impossible. After contacting Mr. Wißdorf, he got back to us relatively quickly and arranged an appointment. Today was the day of the appointment. Both e-bikes were inspected and serviced, and a software update was also installed. The service was absolutely top-notch. We also agreed on a price. However, the biggest advantage, in our opinion, is that the service was done at our home. It saved us considerably more time, making it a highly recommended option. The friendliness and professionalism were second to none. Thank you so much for the excellent work you do!

Fantastic service!!! Absolutely top-notch!!! My bike was back in working order in less than 30 minutes, and all without having to get it to the nearest repair shop. I dropped it off at my front door and it was returned less than half an hour later. It couldn't be better!! 100% recommended

They arrived right on time. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I don't have to pack the bikes in the car and pick them up again a week later. That's a real relief! And as far as I can tell, the work was done professionally. Truly excellent service!

I'm absolutely thrilled! :) Top-notch work in record time, at an unbeatable price. After several shops turned me away or told me to wait a very long time, I came across this nice and very friendly gentleman during my search. I had a really urgent request, as it was about a bicycle for my son's birthday, and his birthday is tomorrow. This man actually came today and finished the bike! :) I'm incredibly happy and will always entrust my bikes to him in the future. :) The bike rides perfectly! :) Highly recommended! :) :) 5 stars plus!
