Fast and competent help, even on a Sunday. And at an unbeatable price. A broken chain was repaired immediately and the gears were readjusted. They also provided helpful tips.

The shop is perfectly fine for getting a flat tire patched or a hand wash done, but for larger orders or other professional installations, you should look for someone competent. Some of the things that were done for me were very poorly made, for example, the screws were screwed on crookedly, or they keep coming loose and are sometimes wobbly, and parts were already broken after 3-4 weeks. They buy things cheaply and the cost estimates often do not correspond to the final result. As I said, I would recommend the shop to anyone who has a flat tire or needs their brakes adjusted or there is something wrong with the gearshift, but otherwise just don't bother doing it yourself or go to a professional.

A complete disappointment – never again! I've been there two days in a row during the official opening hours, but no one was there. No information, no way to contact them. A few years ago, I was greeted warmly, and my bike was repaired without any fuss. Those days are gone. Today, I was simply brushed off by a visibly bored employee with the statement: "We're not accepting any more bikes." No help, no service, no alternative offered – just a shrug and a suggestion to go to some salesperson at the main train station. For a bike station right next to the main train station, this is a disgrace! Zero service, no friendliness whatsoever. This was definitely my last visit. If you love your bike, take it somewhere else – but please, not here!

Excellent service – highly recommended! I had my bike repaired there, and it was done super fast. The staff were very friendly and professional. I can only recommend them!! Thank you for the great experience, Radstation Duisburg Hbf!

The staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that there were only two rental bikes available, one of which was, of course, broken. Rentals are done via an app, but the account for it apparently isn't activated on Saturdays. If only I'd had a chance to find out about this earlier...

Top service - highly recommended! ⭐️ I've now been to your bike service twice and I have to say I'm completely satisfied and thrilled! 😍 A fantastic, friendly team with a lot of expertise and excellent value for money. Just walk in, explain the problem, and then wait a short while. If they're busy, they'll take care of it in no time (1-2 days). Great job! 🚲🔧🧰💯 Thanks again!

I spontaneously dropped off my folding bike today and picked it up two hours later with new brake pads, adjusted brakes, and a properly set-up gear shifter. The price was absolutely fair, and I even received a brief explanation of which parts are likely to wear out in the near future. Thanks again, I'll definitely be back! 😊

I had my bike there for a gear repair and treated it to a hand wash as well. Everything was done within a day, and I was able to continue my ride along the Rhine with perfectly adjusted gears. Thanks for the quick repair – I reached my destination without any problems ;)
