I've never met such an arrogant person. Even during our first conversation, it was clear he didn't like his job! I've had to take my bike there four times now because the brakes still aren't working properly, and the last time, on my way to work, the brake caliper ripped right off the disc. This guy isn't willing to fix it; instead, he tries to sell you expensive parts.

I took my e-bike to ReboRad for the first time in early October 2025, after buying it used, to have the hydraulic rim brakes checked and bled. During the check, they discovered that the chain was faulty and needed replacing. Everything was professionally repaired, and the prices were very fair. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly and taking the time to do so. I highly recommend this bike shop! If I ever need any further repairs or anything similar, this will be my number one choice. Thank you so much, you're a great team!

I came to ReboRad with an emergency: my high-profile carbon rear wheel needed to be re-spoked for the Ironman 70.3 in Wedau. No other bike repair shop dared to take on the task, but M**K from ReboRad did! They repeatedly adjusted and modified the rim until the new rim fit perfectly in the very narrow triathlon frame. After the successful race, I received a call to congratulate me and check if the wheel still fit perfectly. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Very friendly staff. I didn’t know I needed a reservation so I just went there. They took my bike and repaired it no matter what. My front wheel was burst. They didn’t only replace it but also pumped up the back wheel and fixed the brakes. I’m very satisfied and would recommend this place .

Best service Ever ! The price also affordable for the bikes. I am really happy with my new bike. Even it was second bike but seems like a new. The staff also very helpful and trust the customer. Vielen Dank :) Do not forget to check out the books as well !
