Punctual to the minute and very friendly. As a layperson, you don't have the knowledge and tools needed to repair e-bikes. The price-performance ratio was excellent. I highly recommend him – 10 out of 10. I'll definitely have my next bike serviced by him as well. In short, absolutely top-notch!

After a fall, I was looking for reliable help. Over the past few years, I've tried several workshops and services and was mostly disappointed. Either the waiting times were sometimes up to three months, the prices were ridiculously overpriced, or they simply lacked expertise with road bikes. With Tarik and his service, TXBIKES, it's completely different. Timeframe? Three days from the first email to my fully repaired bike. Price? So fair and affordable that you almost feel bad about it as a customer. Service? Ten out of ten. Friendly, competent, and professional. I highly recommend contacting him. He's now saved as my "trusted mechanic" in my phone.

I had an emergency on Sunday morning. After contacting them to see if they could help me on short notice, TXBIKES responded immediately and came directly to my location to help me with my breakdown. Super friendly and helpful service! They answered all my questions! And the price/performance ratio is absolutely fair, especially considering they helped me on short notice on a Sunday. Highly recommended; from now on, this will be my go-to bike shop whenever there's anything wrong with my bike.

Tarik Hakan from TXBIKES and his mobile bike service did a fantastic job for us. He ordered parts for my bike and repaired everything within a few days. Fast, clean, and precise. Very friendly and competent. I'm pleasantly surprised by this young man. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.
