We bought two e-bikes about three months ago and have received excellent advice from start to finish. We had a lot of fun choosing the bikes, and even now, for their service, a very friendly employee picked them up because we unfortunately couldn't bring them in due to health reasons. Overall, we're very grateful that the staff is the way they are; keep it up, you guys are great! Finally, a bike shop worth the trip! Completely convinced!! Unfortunately, only 5 stars are possible, otherwise I would have given more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've now bought our fourth bike in Dülmen. This time it was also a PUCH e-bike. Again, the whole atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were, as always, very friendly and helpful. We bought the bike from "Michael," and once again received expert advice. We felt welcome as customers. The prices are fair, the bike is top-notch, and the overall impression—as you can see—was very, very positive. This certainly won't be the last bike I buy there.

About three and a half years ago, my wife and I bought two identical e-bikes from Arends. Even then, I was impressed by their competence and friendliness. The bikes ran flawlessly for a while. A few days ago, the display on my bike started acting up, showing completely bizarre values. I took the bike to Arends, where they diagnosed a broken cable. They said the bike could be ready in two to three days, provided the replacement part was available. Three days later, I received a call: the bike was ready. When I picked it up, I asked about the cost, but they simply waved it off. So, I can highly recommend Arends. We would definitely contact them again with any questions we have about bikes.

About three and a half years ago, my wife and I bought two Puch e-bikes from Arends. At the time, the saleswoman was polite, friendly, and competent, and we received a reasonable offer. The high quality of the bikes became apparent over time. Last week, the display on my bike started showing completely absurd values ​​regarding the remaining range. So I took the bike to Arends. Just a few days later, we received a diagnosis of a "broken cable"—thankfully, it wasn't the battery. Three days later, despite the workshop being full, we were able to pick up my bike again. When I asked about the cost, they simply waved it off: zero. That's what I call good customer service. Arends? I can highly recommend them; I'd gladly use them again!
