Very friendly and competent advice. 👍🏻 We looked at a 20-inch folding e-bike. Pleasant atmosphere. We were offered and served coffee and drinks. In summary, highly recommended. You feel very well taken care of. Exceptionally friendly staff at reception. 👌🏻

We visited AT Cycles in Dülmen to inquire about new bicycles. Thanks to the excellent, thorough, and expert advice, we decided to purchase them immediately. Even during the handover of the bikes, we had ample time to ask all the questions that had occurred to us and received competent answers. I bought a Velo de Ville organic bike there, and everything from the consultation and delivery to the instruction was perfect. The expertise of the team (my main contact was Mr. Pacanek) convinced me to buy from AT Cycles Dülmen. I'll probably buy my next bike (in 10 years 😉) there as well. Best regards

My dad bought an e-bike here a few years ago, and now both lights have stopped working. A quick Google search revealed that the front light alone costs €90 – so instead of trying to fix it myself, I packed it up and took it to the shop. There, in the workshop, they told me that if the purchase was more than two years ago, they couldn't do anything. However, they quickly and kindly offered me a replacement light to buy. So I packed the bike up again and unwound the cable protection myself – and look what I found: plug connectors (see photo)! I plugged in the front light, plugged in the rear light – and they work perfectly again. Even a chimpanzee with a thumb could have done it. Perhaps it was too close to closing time for the guy, but for repairs and any future purchases, I'll be looking for a different shop.

I got a flat tire on my e-bike and spontaneously stopped by AT Cycles Dülmen. The friendly guys in the workshop and the helpful lady at the information desk immediately squeezed me in – my rear inner tube was changed in less than 10 minutes. Super fast, uncomplicated, and helpful service! I can highly recommend them. 👍🚴♂️

It's a great, modern shop with a wide selection. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the lack of customer service. We were the only customers, and while there were three employees at the counter, none of them offered any advice or even spoke to us, even though we spent a considerable amount of time trying on different helmets. This was a real shame and somewhat marred my impression of the shop. Otherwise, they have a large selection of different bikes, accessories, and also a repair section.
