Great shop! I've now bought two e-bikes here and have always received excellent advice during the purchase decision process (a big compliment to Mr. Schaffrinna here!). Minor repairs were always handled promptly and on-the-spot by the workshop, and appointments for larger jobs were always available promptly.

I bought a pannier after being assured it would fit my rack. When I got home, I discovered the included screws were too short. So I had to buy replacements at the hardware store. If I had known that the customer service at the store would be so unfriendly, I would have saved at least €18 by buying it online. The stars are only for the friendliness.

Completely satisfied! Excellent advice! We received outstanding advice and both found the perfect bikes for us. The consultation and the entire process were well-organized, and they didn't just hand over the bikes but also provided helpful tips and tricks. We would definitely use them again. This was my first time taking both my bikes to Dülmen for servicing, and I was thrilled. From scheduling the appointment by phone to the drop-off and pick-up of my e-bike, everything was fantastic. The price was right, and the work was carried out very professionally. I highly recommend this workshop. Keep up the good work!

I bought an e-bike through my job. As a 55-year-old gentleman, I was immediately addressed informally, which I really appreciated. I don't know anything about these kinds of bikes, so I explained what I was looking for, my budget, etc. I received thorough advice, a test ride, and information about accessories. In the end, it was a bit more expensive, but that was perfectly fine. Two days later, I took delivery – quick and to the point, just as I wanted. I've already put 180 km on it. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

I took my e-bike to the workshop for a conversion. Spare parts were ordered promptly and installed right away. I was able to pick up the bike just two days after dropping it off. Perfect. The service from the employees I interacted with during this time, whether by phone or in person, in the workshop or in sales, was always super friendly, helpful, and competent. I've rarely been served so well, and consistently, every time I contacted them. Keep it up.

Excellent service, super friendly, and they didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for. The salesperson completely catered to my needs. I had a great feeling about the purchase 👍🏽 I bought my last bike here, I bought this bike here, and I'll definitely buy my next bike here again 👍🏽

I leased my KTM e-bike through the German company bike service from 2Rad Dülmen. So far, so good! The brake bolts are starting to rust after a year. When I dropped off the bike for inspection, I complained about this and was told that they would try to remove it or file a claim. So far, so good. After the inspection, I was supposed to receive a text message or a call to pick up the bike. That didn't happen. Upon picking it up, I was disappointed to find that neither the rust had been removed nor the brake discs had been claimed – disappointing. When I picked it up, I was told that they would take care of it and contact me by phone the next day. That didn't happen either. That was more than a week ago. According to the service report, the chain was supposedly oiled, but that wasn't the case either. I will report this to my employer and the leasing company and can only advise anyone not to bring the bike here for inspection. Service and communication are a 6, never again! See pictures attached. The service stops immediately after the purchase. My response from August 22, 2023: Hello Team Seidel, There's no question that something must have gone very wrong with the expensive overnight cost of €95 for my bike. You just have to look at the pictures I took when I picked it up. The fact that it's already been acknowledged is definitely a step in the right direction. You write that you're trying to accommodate me, but where? To date, although it was agreed upon and my contact details (cell phone number, address, email) are all available, I haven't received any response, a suggested solution, or even a phone call. I haven't been contacted by phone or in writing (except here in this review)! The phone is always on. When were you supposed to have called?? I chose and leased my bike from you (over €4,000) because I had a positive impression, which has now been ruined by this inspection. Regardless of whether it's a car, a bicycle, or anything else, I ride my bike on the road, and I expect it to be properly inspected! I'm still very disappointed that I haven't been contacted to date. I will definitely report this incident to the German company bike company and my employer. I hope for your sake that you'll do much better in the future than you did for me. Sincerely, Marius Klecha

Dear cycling community, we come all the way from Wuppertal to have our bikes repaired and serviced here. Why? No long waiting times, always friendly and courteous, reliable, and absolutely competent. Every customer is treated equally well, even in stressful situations! We've never experienced anything like it at any other bike shop. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars. For us, it's 10!
