I had my badminton racket restrung here. The price was okay, and the restringing has been good so far. The employee seemed to know what he was talking about. The wait was almost a week, as they were apparently very busy. The shop was a bit messy and chaotic at the time. I dropped off the racket and unfortunately didn't receive anything in writing, like a receipt or anything similar. In other words, I didn't get any proof that the racket was there. I see this as problematic in case the racket gets damaged during the restringing process, gets stolen, or if there are simply two identical rackets in the shop. This way, the customer has no proof that it's theirs and that it was handed in for repair.

The shop has everything a badminton player needs. Plus, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The shop itself is relatively small, but it has everything you could want and the prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be back.

I had a grip tape put on it earlier because I'm not very good at this sort of thing. The man was very friendly and gave me good advice on the strength of the removal. The price for the grip tape service was more than fair.

I've been a regular customer for years and am always satisfied. Everything runs like clockwork. Items in stock are available immediately, and anything else is delivered without any fuss. Telephone contact is also good. I have no complaints. And above all, they know their stuff and aren't just trying to push products on the masses. To sum it up, I've been a regular customer for years and am always satisfied.
