I dropped off my e-bike for its scheduled inspection on Monday. The drop-off process was friendly, and my first impression was very positive. However, I didn't receive any feedback for several days afterward, neither by text message nor phone call. Since I hadn't heard anything, I called myself on Thursday to inquire. Unfortunately, I found the call quite unfriendly, and the conversation was even ended abruptly. It also turned out that the inspection wasn't supposed to start until Thursday, even though my appointment was on Monday. When I picked up the bike, I was treated very rudely at the shop and told not to make any further appointments there. I found this very disappointing, as my initial impression had been quite good.

I bought my bike (Tern, e-folding bike) and accessories (trailer hitch, saddlebag, lock) a year ago and have ridden 1000km since. I'm very happy with everything this branch offered. Excellent service and advice. Totally competent and friendly!

I took my Urban Arrow there for service. Upon dropping off the bike, they immediately discussed the expected cost and how the defective brake could possibly be improved. I would like to emphasize that the best solution was found and implemented, taking into account the cost-benefit ratio. They're definitely not trying to generate quick profits by hastily (and possibly unnecessarily) installing and charging for replacement parts; instead, they're expertly searching for the best solution. Thanks, Nikolaj, you're doing a great job. I'd love to come back!

Well, there were some tuning issues recently. Nevertheless, I should give the mechanic credit for thinking he had to help me immediately in my time of need. A damaged front left bearing forced me to bring my service forward, and that during peak season... the shop was packed with bikes. If only the guy had simply referred me to another workshop. Now, after two months and difficulties ordering the bearing, caused by the manufacturer, and an unexpected replacement of the rear wheel hub, I got the bike back. Unfortunately, without any maintenance, repairs, e.g., to the locking brake, and no explanation as to why the Enviolo hub was defective. Just the irritated response, I should be glad the hub was replaced. He simply prioritized the bearing... ... well, the picture was taken at the beginning of 2024 when the fender mount broke. The contact here was immediately warm and friendly. Another creative solution was to raise the headlights to minimize further damage from falls. Paint damage was also repaired, and the silicone coating of the trunk was begun. Thanks to you and greetings to BN. Of course, the shop wasn't quite as crowded with bikes; it's winter, after all. Nevertheless, an assistant was able to help me a lot. Overall, I had a better impression, especially regarding the coordination of appointments. I thank you both anyway and hope you make your way. I personally have to see where I'll go with this heavy thing in the future and whether I should organize spare parts in advance or rather do the little things myself.

I bought an e-bike (Giant Anytour X) here and I'm completely satisfied – especially with the advice I received from Sammy. She took plenty of time, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and left no question unanswered. Thanks to her support, I had my new bike after just a few days. The service was excellent; I received all the important information and felt I was in very good hands from the start. Highly recommended!

Excellent advice, every customer request was taken into account to find the right e-bike, and now I'm the happy owner of a Giant Fanthom Pro! Super satisfied! Picked it up today and cycled straight home – it was a fantastic feeling and I don't regret it at all! Many thanks for the excellent advice and the time/patience you had with us, Nikolaj Karpuhin!
