I spoke to Ms. Seifert. She was very nice and helpful. They also offer bicycle repairs. I'll be taking my bike there soon. FYI: They'll be closed on May 31, 2024, due to a public holiday. :)

Today (September 23rd) I had my wheel and bottom bracket bearings regreased. Watching wasn't really allowed... but they did a few small, free adjustments to my bike light and installed a chain lock. A professionally run shop with a workshop. Good customer service... they even have a chair for people with disabilities like me and free compressed air for bicycles... Unfortunately, the selection is limited... but the staff are friendly and competent. The price pressure from the internet is clearly impacting the range and depth of products offered. Alternative business models could help support companies like this.

One of the best, and the store should stay just because a store has had the same name for 20 years...well, I want to be served in a friendly manner, not like I'm bothering anyone. This store is top-notch and not at all arrogant. Some stores won't even pump up your air without any problems...good service.

Very helpful and flexible. I rented a bicycle which was in very good condition and was able to arrange the return even when the parking garage was closed.

Super nice and friendly, they don't mind doing even the smallest thing like changing a tube. The big bike shops seem to think that's beneath them; they'd only deign to do it if you bought the bike there. Very satisfied so far!

I've been a customer there from the very beginning. The owner and her husband are incredibly kind and always have a listening ear. They are extremely helpful and dedicated. Even now, during my parental leave, they're helping me with the stroller. And it's not a two-wheeler! 😂 Excellent customer service! I hope the city doesn't go ahead with its plans and that you stay. Here's to many successful years despite the pandemic.

I arrived last Friday to find the doors locked. Unfortunately, there was no information about the two-day closure on the website. I had to lock my bike outside, and of course, it was targeted for theft during those three nights. Spontaneous parking outside of opening hours is also impossible, as you apparently have to register in person to get a chip (10€ deposit). You'd have to be a car driver to use it.

Excellent advice, extremely friendly staff. Items not in stock can be ordered, and installation is usually even cheaper than at the large bicycle shops in the Düren district. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. My bike is safely stored here. But the reason for my 5-star rating is that Mrs. Seifert and her husband have a solution for every little problem that commuters with bicycles encounter, and they're always there to help with their incredibly warm and friendly manner. For example, Mr. Seifert helped me with a flat tire at very short notice, even after the shop had closed. Or when I once forgot my lock. They also take care of the maintenance and upkeep of my bike while I'm commuting. That's an extra service that's truly worth mentioning and definitely worth 5 stars!
