I went to the shop because of a flat tire. After the supposed repair, the tire went flat again after just 1 km. I went back to complain, and then had to pay for the same repair again!

The service was excellent: friendly, fast, and professional. However, it would have been preferable if the total repair cost had been clearly communicated beforehand. Transparency regarding costs is important to avoid misunderstandings.

I've never been treated so rudely on the phone as a potential new customer before. It was a truly unbelievable experience. They said I wouldn't get any information over the phone. I should just come in person, like all the other customers who apparently already play along with their "game." But certainly not me. That's definitely beneath me.

I absolutely cannot recommend this shop. As a complete newbie in the world of road cycling, I was simply ripped off. I bought a used bike on a classifieds site, which I wanted 2Rad Müller to service. Among other things, the handlebars were supposed to get new bar tape. This was done so poorly that it came off after the very first ride. A service was also supposed to be done, but since I, as a layman, didn't know what to look for when I picked up the bike, I took it and didn't check it further (my own fault). Apparently, nothing was done at all, because everything squeaks and creaks just like before. Furthermore, I have to say that the overall experience wasn't very friendly. With total costs of over €200, it wouldn't have been too much to ask for the bike to at least be cleaned. According to the bike shop I'm now at, this is the bare minimum. A service should have involved cleaning the bike and simply oiling or greasing all the parts. I'm now writing off the €200 as a learning experience. 2Rad Müller - never again!

Far too expensive, no quality, no decent service, ZERO goodwill. I was in the hospital in intensive care while my bicycle was there for "inspection." In the end, he billed me for OVER €200, and that was actually quite lenient for him because he had stored the bicycle. However, he stored it so poorly that it was returned completely rusted. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

A child's balance bike needed a new inner tube and brake adjustment. The cost was around €50, which I find borderline excessive. The work was done quickly on the same day. Afterwards, the front wheel was incorrectly mounted, with one side outside the hub (see photos). At this price, I expect basic care in the workmanship. Fortunately, there are plenty of other options nearby.

I spontaneously asked for help with a valve on a hand truck and received immediate assistance. The tire was flat and couldn't be inflated, and my workday was effectively over (I'm a delivery driver). The owner was very service-oriented and friendly and took care of the problem. I was truly grateful and was able to continue my workday.

I have had my city bike serviced at 2Rad Müller multiple times. They are simply great - fast service, solid execution, and fair prices. Definitely recommend!

I read a few reviews before having my bike repaired at this workshop and thought it might be different. But after my experience there, where I paid €35 ​​to change the inner tube, only for the inner tube to break again after less than 1 km of riding, I knew all the reviews were true and that this workshop was full of scammers. They want to pay me another €35 for the same problem!! One star is way too much for a workshop like this!

I've brought my bike there for a complete inspection and it came back with the lights broken. The guy who did the inspection swears that it wasn't working when I got there, but I'm 100% sure it was, because I turned it off on my way to the inspection. Really sad, it now will cost me an additional 90 euros to repair it, since I need to buy a new wheel and there's nothing I can do, because the guy won't assume it could have happened there. Let's be honest, the bicycle had to fall for this to brake and it didn't fall one single time when I was riding it. The worse part is that it was working the moment I got in the store. Anyways, do not recommend their service!
