Expensive and bad service. Since the beginning the first person I talked had a bad attitude that your brain tells you to go away. There are another shops near with better prices and customer service.

I had a great experience after bringing my bicycle in today. The gentleman was highly skilled, quick, and pleasant. The price was not cheap, but the service is not cheap either. The price is worth the excellence provided. Thank you.

I brought my bike to the shop for checking the tires and overall bike, the guy at the shop is really nice and very helpful even I could not speak that good German and tried to communicate with him, he tried to listen and understand me his best, I feel so grateful. However I needed to leave the bike at the shop around 3-4 days, and luckily it turned out that my tires were totally fine, they just needed some pump and he did not charge for the checking and pumping at all.

Great quick service. I went to get my spokes fixed. The guys had my bike fixed in no time and it’s working perfectly. They also managed to fix my gearing system which had not been working great.

Very rude and unprofessional for the price charged, have to come back several times because after they changed back tier, they messed up with the break. Then my front lamp stopped working which I bought there 3 months ago and maybe used 5 times - to my question why, the guy just shouted go away.

I was in this store for less than 10 mins with my 2 year old and my wife , was told to stop making too much noise by an employee as he went outside to smoke a cigarette - no assistance was offered , the guy was arrogant and rude - as many others have suggested - simply take your money elsewhere, there are many great bike stores in Dusseldorf and Im surprised these guys are still in business. I later had a great experience in XXXL Fahrrad, and also in Lucky Bike - just wish no stars option was possible for the rating.

It is unacceptable for children to stand by the doorbell wall in our store and continuously ring all the bells for 15 minutes, dropping them on the floor. This wasn't even interrupted during customer interactions. It's obvious that enough is enough.

So, this just happened yesterday.... I'm from Canada working 2 jobs as I learn Deutsch. I'm a bike courier for one, and utilise my bike for daily transportation. My tire exploded while I was working and I brought my girlfriend to the shop to assist with translating. The "Man with the Tattoos" didn't even look at me, but told my girlfriend that he doesn't serve my kind in his shop... I never encountered this type of customer service in my entire life. And unfortunately it brings a negative experience I would never have expected to receive in Germany. Their price for labour is almost double for what others are charging as well. Better stay clear of this place.

Not what I would call a trustful mechanic. Reparation was not done properly and they charge me more than what they said they will. I had to go to a different shop afterwards. Stay away from this people!

Broke the bike inner tube when inflating and did not want to take responsibility for it. Did stuff which was not agreed upon.

I had a really bad experience with this shop, I brought my bike to the shop in order to change the inner tube. Before fixing my bike they called me saying that the tire was also broken and that they had to change it. After making me pay almost 50 euro, I drove my bike for 500mt. and the inner tube was again broken. I brought my bike back to the shop asking what was wrong. The day after, they called me saying that the problem was not the inner tube or the tire but the rim and that it would cost 130euro!!! at that point asked them to don't repair. When I went back to the shop to pick up my bike, I didn't even had the time to say "hi" that the owner (Mr. Andreas) started shouting (a mix of English and German) on me in a really violent and unpolite way saying: pay 130euro or leave the shop! pay 130euro or leave the shop! I strongly discourage you from going in this shop!
