Got my new leasing bike from the Cube team a couple of days ago. The team was quick to support and set up everything correctly for the bike, which is not something you can say too often anymore in Germany these days unfortunately. The customer orientation is definitely something that a lot of other stores can take as an example. Kudos, Cube Store team and keep up the great interaction with customers!

I went to this shop not to buy a bicycle but just to check which size suits me the best. They helped me to select the correct size and also let me do a test run inside the shop. Good staff.

It was my first time to buy my bicycle tube at lucky bike , which i have been looking for 3 weeks now . Its a very nice place and very kind and Friendly people too 😊 🥰👍and good bicycles too .

I wanted to buy a bike. I knew exactly which one I wanted and first I went to look for myself if they had it (online stocking info is terrible) I found the one I was looking for and went to the info to get help to buy it. No one cared about me standing there waiting for service and they noticed me right away and turn away from me. Two workers started complaining about their work hours and how they were coming in late the next day and both walked away. Other clients wanted to take a bike right away and the service guy said they could pick it up tomorrow because they could set it up anymore... this was at least 45 minutes before closing time... so I turn around and walked away. I'll be ordering my bike online where at least I don't have to hear about working hours and who'd turn it is to help a costumer. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in Germany. If you want to buy a bike look elsewhere or try the other lucky bike store. I bought there a bike for my daughter and they were nice and helpful.
