I had a recall notice for my Canyon Speedmax bike, requiring me to have my fork and steerer tube checked. I called Cycle Mechanic and got an appointment within two days – excellent! My arrival was equally excellent. My bike was immediately put on the work stand and, as far as I could tell, expertly serviced. They explained and demonstrated everything to me. Thank you for the quick and professional service; real mechanics! I'll definitely be back!

Excellent service!!! My Canyon gravel bike frame broke. Mr. Susenberger took care of getting a new frame from Canyon as quickly as possible. Once the frame was delivered to him, he immediately installed it and replaced the worn parts, saving my planned vacation. Thank you so much!!

My trusted mechanic for my Canyon triathlon bike. He handles maintenance and repairs for Canyon and other bicycles. The first time, I was allowed to stay and take my bike home immediately. Very satisfied with the work. Plenty of parking is available nearby. The entrance is in the back courtyard. Highly recommended!

Fast, competent help. The entrance, however, is hidden in the backyard. If you're standing in front of the veterinary practice, walk toward the small house number and simply go through the gate. There's no sign (or I didn't see one).

Excellent service. I had a problem with my Canyon Spectral that no other shop I contacted could solve. I made an appointment, it was repaired immediately, and the process was straightforward! Fantastic!

I took my 7-year-old trekking bike in for inspection and repairs. I called briefly and got an appointment right away. Everything was finished the next day, even though several worn parts were replaced. The difference was immediately noticeable on the first ride; it rides like new. I can highly recommend this bike shop.

My first experience was pretty straightforward and nice. Second time, I got completely ignored despite the urgency of the matter and couple of follow ups. Therefore, I don't recommend Cycling Mechanic.

Needed a tube change on my bike. Excellent service from Cycle Mechanic. He had it changed (on the street) in 10 mins. Tightened up my front brake while he was there. Very fair price.
