Very friendly and fast service. The price was also great, around €30 for a new inner tube. They were a bit disorganized, briefly forgot about my order and weren't ready when I arrived to pick it up, but they made an effort to repair my bike as quickly as possible. They were finished within 5 minutes and the bike was working perfectly again. Great!! Important: Cash only, and it's best to call ahead to make sure someone is actually there. The opening hours don't seem to be quite right. (I was there on Thursday afternoon, and they're apparently open until 6 pm.)

During my studies, I often brought my bike in for repairs. It was always straightforward, friendly, and inexpensive. In the last few weeks, I've pushed my flat and bent bike through town three times, only to find the workshop empty-handed. 1. The opening hours on the website are incorrect. The sign on the door now only says Wednesday and Thursday. 2. Sometimes, however, it's closed, and there's a note on the door. 3. The mobile number I found online seems to be outdated; at least, I couldn't reach anyone to ask about drop-off times. Because I really need my bike, I had to take it to a chain store, which is a shame. I would still try there next time, but it would be really helpful if the website had up-to-date opening hours.

Apparently, many people here have been bribed. I was a customer until recently. The owner always treated me rudely and dismissively. Checking tire pressure with an unfamiliar device is left to you to do yourself. If you can't manage it, they pressure you to finish "today" and consider you too stupid to use a tire pressure gauge. They practically snatch it out of your hands and have an employee check it for you. That's the epitome of poor customer service in Germany. Then I came in with a flat tire and my bike. You'd expect that to be fixed the same day. But the owner offered me an appointment in 14 days. That's not immediate service. How can you leave a customer stranded who depends on their bike? My only solution was to call the ADAC (German Automobile Club). At least they repaired the flat tire so I could ride again.

I've often been disappointed by the service at bike shops in Germany. Especially when you just want advice and don't necessarily want to pay, you're often treated rudely. Not so here! My bike's cassette was stuck, and the friendly owner managed to loosen it in no time. The whole thing took less than 60 seconds. If I ever need a bigger repair, I'll gladly take my bike here; I get the impression that they treat you honestly and kindly!

The guy was very helpful and kind. He solve my small problem really quick. I will definitely prefer it again for any problem with my bike, as he could also speak some English!

Worst place ever! Would never go back and also not recommend to anyone. The guy broke my chain rivet without thinking and then i had to buy a new chain after that. Now the new chain doesn't work with the sprocket so he says that i have to buy a new sprocket too. The way he was handling my bike was also really bad.
