I don't understand the negative reviews here. I've been there three times and was satisfied every time. The older lady is very nice and gives lots of advice and tips. You can test the arrows you want there.

I went there today to buy a new set of arrows. I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted and they recommended the perfect arrows for me. Excellent service! I'll definitely be going there to buy everything from now on :)

The first and the last time. We haven't met such an unpleasant person for a long time. The woman is probably sitting there as a punishment. It's not pleasant, not nice. How can you talk to people like that? Zero interest and help. How is it possible that there is only one Dartem store in all of Düsseldorf? We're going to Cologne, the reviews there are better.

We received very friendly service; since the charming lady immediately realized that she was dealing with complete beginners who didn't even know which way to hold the arrows, she took plenty of time for us and gave us detailed advice.

The service here is very friendly and the advice is excellent. The selection of arrows and targets is very large. You can test the products directly in the store. The prices are the same as online, so there's no need to order the items online. The whole thing is somewhat hidden in a backyard.

Excellent, expert advice – no matter who you ask. Everyone knows their stuff and gives great tips. The selection is huge – only a fraction is on display. There's much more in stock. Plus, you can test arrow weights and other accessories right there. Parking is available in the back.

Very nice little shop. Even today, on a Saturday when it was quite busy, the salespeople take their time to advise. They cater to the customers (who are beginners) very well and explain everything calmly. Trying things out is no problem. You don't feel pressured either. I will definitely be back.
