I was there this morning to get my bike fixed. I met a really friendly personal who attended to me and explained everything I needed to know about the problem of the bike. I got some of the issues fixed and got a new appointment date. Thank you :)

Drahtesel is by far the best local bike shop in Düsseldorf. Unlike most of the larger stores, they will gladly service bikes that were not purchased there. For the expats, their ability to converse and help with troubleshooting in English is outstanding. I was able to get a “mystery” clanking noise fixed on my MTB in under 30 minutes for minimal cost due to their professionalism and honesty. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Bring cash or EC only, FYI.

Top service! I went there to buy a bike the whole ordeal took 20 mins. Two day later my bike was ready gor pick up. They even installed my previous kid seat. Everyone was super nice, helpful and english was not an issue :)) i am so glad I went there!

As an expat, sometimes is hard to find a bike shop that reminds you the one you trusted back home. This was the case with Drahtesel. They were honest explaining all the repairs that had to be made on my nike, made a fair price and delivered in good time. The bike rides great after the repair! Kiki in particular was really friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this bike shop to friends!
