10:00 AM and the gear cable on my Shimano derailleur snapped. Düsselrad was nearby, so I made my first contact and asked about it. Big surprise! "Come in, it's quiet this morning, I'll fix it for you right away," said the expert! Super friendly, flexible, competent, and quick. I was back on my bike in no time. So, I highly recommend them. By the way, it was November 11th – that's the only reason it was "quiet."

I dropped my bike off for inspection/repair due to a few issues. What can I say? Absolutely fantastic. Everything was done exactly as agreed. My old Rabeneick rides like a brand new bike. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad the shop has reopened and I can take my Düsseldorf bike there for repairs again. It's had its first check-up and is finally riding really well again! The service is still absolutely top-notch and very fast.

Have visited a couple of times for bike repairs. Gear alignment and tyre replacement were done far more quickly than any other shop could offer and got me back on the road in no time for a very fair price. The owner speaks English and has offered both advice and honest information each time I visited. Respect that he refused unnecessary work and could do minor repairs on the spot. Great find for your bike needs in Dusseldorf!

What a fantastic shop. Lovely guy couldn't have been more helpful. Seat needed fixing, he didn't want any money really, 'put some silver in the box' of course we gave him some folding. But if you want a fab bike or some repairs please give this charming shop with its vintage bikes and old typewriter ornaments your business. More people like this please.
