I highly recommend them! I sent an email. They called me back. An appointment was scheduled. The e-bike was repaired after we agreed on the costs and details beforehand. That's what customer service should be like! Many thanks to the team!

I picked up my first e-bike there yesterday. At the handover appointment, I was greeted very warmly, and within just under an hour, Kai Deuß gave me a very comprehensive and professional explanation of the bike, its technology, maintenance, and everything else. He quickly adjusted the saddle height, connected it to the mobile app, and I had everything I needed to get started. Many thanks to Kai and the e-Motion team; I feel incredibly well taken care of! You really take your time and do your job with passion – that's how it should be! Sending love ✌️

Good advice and friendly staff. Despite having an appointment, the wait was a bit long, and two appointments overlapped at the same time. Appointment times should be better coordinated, but otherwise everything was fine.
