please don't buy this eskate! Hadean carbon is my third board from evolve.with gtx bamboo and gtr carbon i had no problems. I could store they in my room whole winter and when season start they worked perfectly. But hadean is something different - You need to charge it and check voltage after few weeks of no use. I didn't do it and battery is dead. There is no warranty for this (they said it was ma fault). Ok, but they should inform in very big letters to check the voltage in users manual. What is the worst thing about this company? They are still selling new boards, but it is impossible to buy a battery. I am trying to do it sing over 11 months, but they have no batteries (they do only in new boards). So my 3k EURO board is not working since over year and I cannot do anything about this, because I cannot buy new battery becouse all new batteries are going for new boards only.

The Evolve team have been very helpful to get things solved. But there is an issue when order a board: it is not possible to return it because you can not send a 500wh battery back without declaring it as dangerous goods (and most freight companies just refuse it). Evolve need to send a board with a return label (Evolve can always charge for the return)

Extremely incompetent people. We made an appointment. I came 300 km and they told me there was no mechanic. What do they make an appointment for? They knew I was going. Yet they never called or emailed. To all buyers, I advise you to choose another company. I do not recommend this one. Wasted a day off and 70 euros for gas.

Hi Tomek,<br>Firstly, we are very sorry for your inconvenience.<br>Normally there are technicians present every day of course.<br>In this coincidence there was one technician sick, another not present at the time and the third technician arrived after you left.<br>We checked the email our support employee wrote to you and in this email he told you, that depending on the problem, it could be that we would have to keep the board, and that you may not take it back with you same day.<br>The employee you talked to also told you that you can leave the board here and we send it back to you after repair. Would be no problem. Like also said in the email.<br>As you took the defect board back with you, we could send you a free return label so we can have a look at it.<br><br>Hi Tomek, we are very sorry for the circumstances. Of course there are always several technicians here. But today someone was sick, a second technician wasn't there and the third technician arrived after you had already left. In your email contact, a support employee had already told you that, depending on the problem, we may have to keep your board here for the time being.<br>That's exactly what the employee you spoke to suggested that you leave your board here and we'll send it back. It's not a problem.<br>Since you took your defective board back with you, we could send you a free return label so we can take a look at it here.<br>

My GTR Bamboo AT broke after one month and i sent it in for repairs under warranty. DHL LOST my package and sent it to another adress. Evolve DE took full responsibility and tracked down the package and got it back for me repaired and all. Dimi at Evolve deserves all the credit. Good guy, nice and polite. Thanks to him i got my board back. AND i got a cap as a thanks for waiting. Very nice.

I just recently moved from UK to Czech and 2 day after my arrival I managed to fry my ECU. I tried to contact my Uk dealer but they refused to ship it to EU so I contacted this German dealer at 5pm on Monday afternoon and at 10am next day my part was already shipped. Outstanding customer service! Many thanks 🙏

I'm a first time user and customer of electric skateboards and Evolve Germany. Both the board and customer service exceeded my expectations. Quick respondse and constant status updates on arriving shipments makes the purchase so much better for their customers. Thank you guys! :) Update 8 month later....they keep on delevering GREAT service and help every time I've had a question or problem.

Really good people there. Superb customer service and knowledge. Very helpful and best of all they all speak English. Highly recommend the Evolve boards and Evolve Germany. The boards are excellent. Super fun and fantastic speed and distance.

AMAZING customer service! Honestly, being a customer here is almost like joining a team or belonging to a new family. Very close, fast and effortless communication. Have I had a broken part, it has been exchanged immediately. I am shopping on the German site since I am from Denmark and I can only recommend. ....and the product is just AWESOME!!!! <3 <3 <3

The Dusseldorf dealership is just awesome. The boards are the best you can buy, but still nothing compared to the customer service these guys offer. My board was getting low on range (after more than 1000 km). Sent them an email - how much would a new battery cost. They replied - new battery is 500 eur, that's quite expensive, we are sure we can find better solution for you, send it over to us (on their expenses), we will check it out. Result - battery replacemet - under warranty, remote replacement - under warranty, changed motor bearings - goodwill. These people really care about their customers, can't recommend more. On top of having a fantastic boards, this guys are doing a perfect customer services and maintenance advices. Using the board everyday, i got a charging defect on my remote control, got in touch with them, respond and shipping a new one in the same day. They take care of the shipping back of the defect one too. I m pleased, thx guys.
