The store does not check the address that was written in the order. As a result, they sent the parcel without a house number. After 2 weeks they wrote that the parcel was returned and the money would be returned. They did not respond to my letters about sending me to the correct address.

Probably the worst cyclist assistance I have ever experienced. After purchasing my Wilier Garda from them, I had a crash a few months later and the bike fork broke. They were not able to contact Wilier to get a replacement fork. I contacted them by simply filling the request form on the Wilier website and I got the fork delivered at fahrrad.de store in Düsseldorf. After the fork was installed, they called me saying that the wheels needed to be replaced too, but didn't order them while waiting for the fork. After the wheels arrived they realized that the hub was not compatible with the Shimano cassette and they ordered a new one. In total it took more than 3 months to have my bike repaired. After my first ride then I realized that the cassette was mounted in the wrong order (see attached picture) and they replaced the saddle, which also broke during the crash, with a used saddle (see picture) that is already scratched. After telling them that I wanted the broken wheels back, I had to go there on another day to collect them, because they didn't remember where the wheels were stored in their warehouse. During these 3 months I always had to call them asking for updates on the repair status. They never contacted me to provide updates from their side. I don't know what to say. Looks like they have never repaired a bike before. Do yourself a favor and go to another shop. You will save a lot of time and a lot of stress.

I ordered the fox front fork for my gravel bike online and asked installation in this shop. Their work is so professional and quick even they are so busy for every repair or maintenance works. I bring my bike in the morning and my bike was already ready around 16:00. Super satisfied with their high service level. Their tutorial for the new shocks ware also clear and understandable. I would ask some modifications when I got new idea soon. 😎😎😎 They can speak in fluent English so also recomendable for expats people in Düsseldorf who wants to buy bikes.

Saved my holidays! I got a flat tyre during my biking holidays and needed a new outside tyre and tube. The place was packed with customers, but they managed to help me out in no time anyway! They even offered me some spare tools for free to take along for my journey. Great experience, thanks again!

Not too good of a place if you need a bike, to be honest. We got a Cube from Lucky Bike for my wife and I was curious about a Trek from Fahrrad.de Düsseldorf. We went there and it felt like we are in a bike logistic storage with random bikes exposed with names on them, probably online orders to be picked up. No employee paid any attention to us nor offered any help. I see no rational point to visit this store, nor recommend the place. Lucky Bike at Südring is 100 times better equipped and the staff is nicer.

The people of the stores are very helpful, the person I speak I forgotten the name but he speak well English and Hindi both and offcourse German language also. He also helping me out so many things whatever I asked like payment method cycle and accerrioes he is helping me out for everything, the store location is very good u can try ur bicycle outside the store or check ur bicycle. All person are very helpful I think it's a huge fahrrad online or offline store are good. Special thanks to PAAJI🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏sat Sri akal for ur services and ur guidance. God bless u.

Divkaran was so helpful when we came in to look at bikes for my wife. He helped us find the perfect one and happily answered all of our questions. He was so friendly and we are extremely happy we went to Fahrrad.de. We ended up with a new bike, a lock, and a basket for the back which was installed for free. Would highly recommend!

In the shop they don't have the full catalogue they have in the website. Check before driving. Personnel was kind and helpful.
