In total, I visited the store three times. The first time, I wanted to get an initial overview of the different road bike models and Simon gave me excellent advice! I test-rode all the models and was able to discuss the details with him in detail. The second time, I went with the intention of buying and was greeted directly by Ludwig. He helped me quickly and easily with the configuration and my individual customization requests, and even had a few tips I hadn't considered. Fantastic! The third time, I was there to pick up my bike. I hadn't even fully entered the store when Ludwig brought the bike to the front. Thorsten then adjusted everything perfectly for me, double-checked all the screws, and quickly mounted my pedals and bike computer mount. Excellent advice and a great team – thank you so much! I can wholeheartedly recommend Giant in Düsseldorf!

I visited the store twice to order a gravel bike. Once on September 10th and again on September 11th, 2024. As a complete novice, I would have appreciated some expert advice. Unfortunately, I received neither a greeting nor any assistance on either visit. Although several employees were at the service counter (presumably for repairs), the large store seemed chronically understaffed. On both days, one employee was engrossed in a very detailed consultation. It's a shame, as I would have liked to use the service at the Düsseldorf branch. Especially if I had any questions or needed to make a later complaint, I would have felt more comfortable buying the bike from a physical store. Now, however, I've had to order the gravel bike online – to my advantage, as it was even €200 cheaper there. No wonder brick-and-mortar retail is dying out.

What was supposed to be just a handlebar replacement on my 2023 Giant Propel model turned into an unexpected new bike day. External paint damage turned out to be damage to the carbon frame. The extremely friendly and competent mechanics in the shop took immediate action. A new frame was ordered—even the current, higher-quality model—which, fortunately, was available for immediate delivery. Within four business days, the new frame was built with my components, and I received a fantastic upgrade! Thank you!

When I arrived an hour before closing time, unfortunately, hardly anyone paid any attention to me or approached me. During my entire time in the store, none of the staff members approached me. When I took a closer look at a bicycle and removed it from the rack, an employee finally came up to me and asked if I was okay. It immediately felt like he just wanted to get rid of me. He showed no interest in advising me. Even if you arrive an hour before closing, customers should still receive the same level of service! Regarding the store itself, I can only say it's well-organized and the bicycles are clearly displayed. Unfortunately, I have to deduct two points for the service and cannot recommend the store. You can find more information by doing your research online. Drawback: As a customer, I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously. Conclusion: A well-organized store with many bicycles on display. The staff seem rather uninspiring. You don't feel well taken care of there. A shame! My recommendation is to go elsewhere to get good advice.

I visit the brand new store in Düsseldorf . Great bikes and unbelievable their availability. Found the bike I like. I was searching almost two months around Germany for a bike and it was almost impossible to find something due to market, corona and bla bla bla …. I should wait more than 5-6 months 😤🤯to get something I like. I can say a big thanks to the staff over there but specially to Mr Ludwig for his customer services, advices and patience. He really does great job and helps a lot the customer to choose and to decide. Keep the good job guys

GREAT SERVICE for my Giant MTB Just had a great experience with the service team at GIANT Dusseldorf. Brough my hard-tail MTB for check & service and got it back with everything working better than new ! Had a little issue with the gears and it is now fixed. They also replaced the chain and front tyre. Plus whatever little adjustments they thought appropriate. Just had a round in the forest and enjoyed a lot ! It all works PERFECT. During my visit they took the time to listen to my questions/concerns and give their expert advice. Perfect job plus professional & friendly customer contact definitely 5 stars for me !
