I probably just had a bad day yesterday, or I caught a rather arrogant employee. I only had a small service request. When I pointed out that the shop was closing in an hour, I was told to come back the next day. The matter was then resolved within 15 minutes at a small local competitor. A shame for Golf House Düsseldorf.

My experience has always been positive. I've always received excellent advice and have been very satisfied with the items I've purchased, whether clothing, rackets, or other accessories. There's a good selection of everything, and the staff are approachable but not pushy – a good balance, in my opinion. I'm happy to pay the small additional cost compared to online retailers for the personalized service.

The service was competent, friendly, and very pleasant. Ms. Scherer listened attentively and provided just the right amount of support. Nothing felt pushy; everything was just right. This is how shopping in the store should be. I will definitely be back!

I don't recommend this company at all, the employees are very carless, I call the phone nobody answers, I wanted to purchase 200 golf balls for my company, I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and sent them emails with my enquiry and i send email follow ups and no one got back to me. Very bad customer service!
