I've been diving for several years and have taken several courses and instructors, as well as various equipment, including sales advice from specialist shops. My expectations regarding quality were confirmed at GRUPI Tauchtechnik, both in regulator maintenance and in advice on special equipment configurations. The owner's experience extends far beyond "normal" diving to technical diving. Accordingly, customer requests and questions can be addressed specifically. The price range of the products ranges from mid-range to high-end; cheap junk is not sold here. People with the "cheap is good" mentality should realize that diving equipment ensures survival underwater, and not everything offered on the market is convincing. After several years of being "just" a customer and observing diving courses at the lake, I finally booked a course myself and was not disappointed. The training was very realistic and there were no unnecessary exercises. The exercises were very well thought out and explained clearly. Reiner was able to answer all questions clearly and understandably, and promptly. If you really want to learn something or expand your knowledge, this is the right place. There's no wishy-washy training along the lines of "Come by, I'll issue you a certification, and then you can go off on your own." The on-site lake is ideal for all kinds of training, and the divers who frequent the lake regularly are all very friendly and open-minded. Anyone can use the lake if they register in advance at the shop.

Great diving school. The instructor takes his time and calmly and carefully imparts the necessary knowledge and skills for diving. Theory isn't neglected and is always explained where it makes sense. You learn to dive in a lake, not a swimming pool. This gives you the opportunity to experience the beauty of the underwater world right from the start. The diving shop impresses with competent and sensible advice. Even my existing equipment, where problems arose, was thoroughly examined. Another diving shop wanted to sell me a new BCD straight away because my old inflator wasn't working properly. Here, the defective part was found and replaced. The cost was €5.50!!! Always honest and straightforward. I only buy my diving gear here from now on.

Good store with good range of equipments, missed more photography and computer options. Prices are good and staff are kind, we couldn’t communicate very good as my German language is very poor, however, I could change the battery of my computer dive with no problem and with no long waiting time (left Saturday and was ready on Monday). Didn’t do any training or courses to evaluate.

I'm a novice. Even when it comes to snorkeling. The boss gives great advice. Offers affordable alternatives. Can explain price differences credibly. I only buy from here. I'm still extremely satisfied with the equipment even after years. The kids love their (tested) new gear. This is real quality. Keep it up!

Very competent, always friendly, and makes things happen even at short notice. From battery replacements at the TC to quick regulator repairs, everything is handled in a friendly manner and at a fair price. I'd go back anytime!
