Not reliable shop !!! Need to check the price of each item !!. They charged me different amounts from what was printed on the label ! The manager refused to change the price in spite of the fact that the price was clearly printed on all products.

We have a good service by one of the staff that her origins where not German. Outside of her, the staff was barely helpful.

Easy to look at different clothes and shoes. It was very crowded, which make it really hard to find items. The employees were nice but the people shopping were rude.

Good service, however one the shoes I bought was sligthly soiled/stained, because probably it was sold to me from the shelf.

Worst shop ever. They don't change saying you used it. How you know if it is comfortable or not without using it. My feet hurts so much that i can't walk. And they said you should sell it yourself. I am going to contact head office.
